The leads are solid ones and way more than I had received from Yelp or Angies List

Cons

Nothing yet. I have only been with the service a short time

Houzz Pro was easy to start with, and the customer service team I have worked with has been helpful. I believe the simplicity of the accounting part of the software with its integration to Quickbooks makes it well-worth the money.

Pros

The reason I switched to Houzz Pro is because of their integration with Quickbooks. It makes bookkeeping so much easier. I very much enjoyed working with Ivy Designer when Houzz had that software and hoped that Houzz Pro would be similar and it is. Houzz Pro has a lot to offer, maybe too much for my liking but I can ignore the parts I don't need to use. All in all, I enjoy the software a lot.

Cons

I'm not fond of the user interface for Houzz Pro as much as I liked the simplicity of the Ivy Designer interface. A lot is going on and sometimes I wish I could hide some features I do not use.

I enjoy the the 3d floor plans and the features that come along with it. The takeoffs feature is also quite convenient

Cons

I have issues when it comes to getting exact right measurements for my projects and how to keep them from getting autimatically adjusted. I would also like to see conversions for metrics

3d planning not very difficult to learn, but very basic

Cons

Glitches in the program, they will increase the cost of the subscription and not let you know until its too late and you have to keep it another year

I am only just discovering all the tools and benefits of Houzz Pro, and am thrilled at how much simpler it makes my rendering tasks. I haven't utilized the estimate portion yet, but the 3d scan and the takeoffs have been a massive help. I highly recommend everyone in the construction industry to look into it!

NE VOUS ABONNEZ PAS. A FUIR !!! Après 2 ans d’abonnement sans aucun retour sur investissement, je décide de résilier mon contrat, je reçois donc un mail de confirmation de la part de houzz. Malgré cela, houzz a reconduit mon contrat et refuse de l’annuler. Pire que tout, houzz continue de prélever des sommes malgré la résiliation ! et au vu des avis.... je ne suis pas la seule. Ce sont des méthodes malhonnêtes et de l’escroquerie tout simplement. Ne vous abonnez pas !

Pros

Aucun avantage. Beaucoup de temps et d'argent perdu.

Cons

Aucun prospect en 2 ans d'abonnement.... Impossible de résilier son contrat malgré un mail confirmant la résiliation de la part de houzz.

I love the 3-D scanning also I enjoy using the Houzz Pro app for estimating repairs and remodeling. Also like using Houzz Pro to send out invoices.

It has been great I love its design and 3D tools it has a lot of functions and it is easy to use and set up. Its marketing platform is very useful.

Pros

Integration with marketing, design tools.

Cons

It is slow, it does not have a lot of integrations, or access to use APIs, webhooks and other type of data for sales as well as it needs better time management and cost management features like geotagging for time slip.

Reason for choosing Houzz Pro

The marketing integration of Houzz with Houzz Pro and some its very nice tools for design.

Pros

App capabilities are pretty consistent with the browser. The 3D models/phone measurement function is nice.

Cons

Setting up templates for estimates is difficult and the lack of contract options is frustrating. Admin capabilities to change/omit/include certain sections of the templates are too restrictive. Leads are mostly dead ends as we aren’t able to actually get in touch with them.
