Pros My Houzz profile functions as an adjunct website. The way Houzz displays our project photos and reviews is attractive to potential customers. The video that is featured on my profile is also impressive and casts our design/installation work in an intriguing way. Pros What I like most about Houzz Pro is that you can stay on top of your projects, can communicate easily with your clients and have all your project data in one place. Cons Being directly connected to a potential client by a computer on the phone, when they have no idea who you are or why your are calling at what is usually an inconvenient time for them. Pros No me ha gustado nada el software, no hemos conseguido ningun cliente en 15 meses. Solo ha generado una carga de trabajo inmensa para 0 rendimiento. Además de las numerosas solicitudes realizadas con perfiles falsos para aparentar un trafico de clientes potenciales que no tienen. Cons A la hora de solicitar la baja del servicios, no me la conceden. No me cogen el movil, no me responden a los correos. Pros It's a great tool to suggest to our clients to collect inspiration photos and ideas. They can create idea books by room. We use it as a tool to share our projects with clients and potential clients. We obtain potential clients from the software. Works well, highly recommended. Cons Lots of clients are "just exploring ideas" and few are ready to move forward with a real project with a real budget. But it is improving!!! VP of Engineering Information Technology and Services Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "BUYER BEWARE" May 23, 2024 1.0 Pros 3D renderings were not bad Had some options for furniture templates Cons I highly recommend against this app. Sure, there are a lot of “free trials” out there that make you put in a credit card number, and then you forget to cancel in time, and then they charge you. Be warned, this app will charge you $199 per month, and if you cancel even a minute after your renewal, they will stick to their terms and screw you out of your money even though you don’t want to use their service. I was unfortunately on vacation in Mexico at the time my trial was expiring so I missed it when it came through. I cancelled probably 7 or 8 hours after the renewal deadline when I finally saw it. Like I said, I would avoid this app like the plague. Also, besides the money scam, this app is so-so in terms of features. Pros The design and sourcing products is critical for my business. The fact that I can go to one place for all my products is a game changer for me! Cons I am new to the site as business, but I have always enjoyed the site as user. My experience is still very new but so far I can't think of many negatives that would fall in an "improvement needed" category. I am still actively learning all the features the site has to offer. Pros Posting testimonials from my Clients. Being able to post pix from my completed projects. Posting pix of their projects as part of my "thanks for the review" section - but I have to do that at the same time I reply. Using videos albeit I don't use that feature enough. Cons The fill in the blank design elements per page in a project are not detailed enough The fact that I can't easily print out the lead inquiry with the phone # I have to print it out, and then hand type the phone # Not being able to add project pix to a review...AFTER I had replied with just text. Usually I don't have pro shots ready when someone writes up a review BUT I ALWAYS reply to them via Houzz on the review page thanking them for reviewing me.
