Still learning on other features of programs. Pros For someone who’s transitioned from field work to desk jockey, this program is easy to start with and become educated in while continuing to grow your business. Cons There are multiple duplications that must be deleted when putting together an estimate. It was fun to create the mood boards that is available to do and use the floor plans too create models and them see in 3D. Cons It wasn’t exactly what I needed for long-term use personally. Cons The software works well for the limited features we use. Pros Complete website, CRM, etc for home builders and remodelers. Ideal for companies that do not have any systems of the like already implemented. My company was put in front of people that would not have found me otherwise. I thought it would take a year for me to get up to speed with the business I was doing before but within two months I was booked full. Pros The software makes it easy to keep all my leads and projects in one place and is pretty intuitive. Cons The estimate and quote software is pretty basic. The software didn't meet by needs and I am out thousands of dollars that I didn't expect. Pros I tried to use the 3D room planner to design out rooms but I found its overall functionality lacking. It was easier to use than its competitors, but that was probably because it had less features. Cons When the 3D room planning software didn't meet my needs I looked to cancel my monthly subscription. I was then told that actually it was yearly and it was uncancellable. Even though it says monthly in all places, except for some really small print, if you sign up for Houzz Pro all contracts are annual. Reason for choosing Houzz Pro In the end I didn't choose Houzz Pro because it didn't meet my needs.
