Simple onboarding and simple to navigate. My tenants have found value in it as well. Love that I can pull records at any time and navigate each tenant's needs

RentRedi has been a gerat platform for us to manage and track our tenants. Its simple and easy to navigate. It is a gerat value for the money.

Cons

I don't think I have any complaints, really. The program does what it is intended to do and keeps me on track with my tenants.

It has been fine. We honestly haven't tried other software, we used this first because of family trying other platforms and sticking with this one.

Pros

That there is a third party between us and tenants, that you can manage multiple properties and tenants at once. There is a slight learning curve but they have people available to help.

Cons

Fees. Although it is nice to just defer them to the tenants. Also, I wish there was a way to see the physical signatures when asking tenants to sign, I know that is a silly thing, but right now I believe it only gives you a notification that it is done, not showing you.

Rent Redi has helped me keep each property organized and provided me the resources to screen potential tenants. I recommend it for someone who is looking to get into the rental business by providing you economical way to conduct your business.

Pros

Tenants being able to set up auto pay feature either through their bank account or credit card. I also like the screening feature.

Cons

I wish there were more features for commercial properties. It was somewhat difficult for me to set up a property that had two separate units.

Very good. Very happy. It makes the tenant experience better and more consistent. I can pull data with ease and track rent roll.

Pros

Simple to setup and use. Makes organizing and tracking rent roll easy. Set it and forget it system. Credit boost for tenants.

Cons

On the occasion when I set the tenants charges it does not save properly. I double check everything on my end but the tenant receives the incorrect charge. The tenant generally lets me know. I also don’t think the maintenance portion is strong enough. I’d like a ticketing system for maintenance where I can see all open tickets broken down by unit and what has been completed or not. I’d like my maintenance supervision to be able to update it accordingly adding in the costs.

It is a helpful and useful tool. I still use it to manage my property and have not have any issues using it.

I still struggle using it on the app from my phone. It doesn't do well with older phones and it would glitch out at the most inconvenient time.

RentRedi is great for the small and medium landlords anywhere from 2-100 units. Turns your mom and pop rental portfolio into a functioning business with systems and organization

Pros

Automatic late fee rules. Makes enforcing late fees automatic. Online applications and screening works well. Online payment and book keeping is very useful

Cons

Payment used to be delayed 4-5 business days and tenants in D,C and even B class rentals would spend money before it actually came out then the payment would bounce and it would be a mess. They have improved it down to about 2 days now. Much better. But instant would still be better

Great site. Easy to use. Great value for price. Has made growing my portfolio much more manageable with its built in systems.

Pros

The best thing about RentRedi is there support team. I have contacted them many times and they are always available on text/phone or email and get back to me very quickly. It has made any issues with the site a nonissue. They are constantly working to improve the site for the benefit of up small landlords. Love it. Especially love being able to have tenants sign docs and upload video/photos with maintenance requests. Some of my units are long distance and I can still be effective at managing through this site!

Cons

Small things that I have brought up with the team that has or will be addressed - technical glitches. Once my tenants maitenance request didn't end up in my inbox. Also would love a way to track bulk or partial payments.

RentRedi has made property management more manageable, especially for rent collection and maintenance tracking. There are some rough edges, but the value for the price is hard to beat.

Pros

RentRedi made managing my rental properties incredibly simple. The intuitive interface and mobile app let me handle rent collection, maintenance requests, and tenant communication all in one place.

Cons

Occasionally experienced glitches with the app, and some features felt underdeveloped. The platform still has room to improve in terms of reliability and overall polish.

I have had RentRedi as my property management software for two years. It works pretty well and have recommended to a few colleagues.

Pros

I like that you can automate rent collection and maintenance requests. The tenants appreciate being able to set up auto pay and not have to think about it again.

Cons

I don’t like that you cannot report tenant late or non payment. The system allows for tenants to boost credit with on time payment but no penalty for those who don’t pay.

I have had a very good experience so far using RentRedi. I have recomended it to a few of my friends as well.

Pros

I like how I do not have to wait for a check to come, as it comes right to my bank account through RentRedi.

Cons

It charges one of my tenants a higher rate because of the bank they use. Otherwise, it is great and saves time.
