My experience has been that the team is incredibly responsive and is expanding to provide robust features that are needed in my business. Even if it's been late and I needed support. They are always on it and send me a notification which again builds that trust and reliability owners need when using a platform.

Pros

Well theres more than one highlight but if I had to settle on something it would be innovation. The systems continue to grow and get faster. Content and team are incredibly engaging. I can trust and rely on the platform. That's what matters most to me when it comes to innovation.

Cons

I'd like to see a few more outlets for rental syndication and multiple emails. However there is the feature of adding a team member which is essentially the feature I mentioned (multiple emails). The cons are this product keeps surprising me we new features I don't have to pay for.!

### "Must have tool for landlords"

It was great so far. I love their customer support team — always ready to answer yout questions and giving support at anytime of the day. The platform need to have some update and should let you review the application format before sending out to the tenants. I mostly use the app, so it is helpful to me.

Pros

Customer support is very outstanding. They are always helpful at anytime that I needed. The system allow to screen tenants and let them apply directly.

Cons

The system need to simplify & synchronized more together. I don't like that tenants apply here and I have to click on each tenant or different tab to see different information and they don't match up.

Pros

Easy to use maintenance module for tenants and my maintenance crew. Quick access to tenant information.Automated billing, late notices and late fees.

Cons

Remember you get what you pay for. This app is very elementary. Also some of the worst customer service and technical support I have ever came across. I have a serious glitch in my app and am unable to get a detail deposit report. This has been going on for over 2 weeks without a fix. A detailed batch report was a deciding factor for purchasing this app.

I am new to the property management business, and I found the features easy to utilize. I was able to update file information from my current accounts from 2025 and effectively utilize for future growth

Cons

There are some additional steps in removing tenant contacts when they change that caused a missed online payment that had to be issued by check payment.

### "Less stressed landlord"

I have had a great experience with the platform. It has saved us money vs having to hire a property management company.

Pros

Rent Redi was really easy to set up. I could set it up w/o help. When I had a question about renewing the setting for the next year customer support helped by walking me through step-by-step. The app was always secure, we did nkt deal with any bugs or technical issues. The app was also renter friendly.

Cons

At first I thought the app had a slow processing turn-around, but compared to others that can take up to a week, I can handle a couple of days.

### "Automate rent collection"

I have enjoyed using RentRedi, it has made managing my own rental property easier. This is a good lightweight platform for small landlord operations.

Pros

Automates rent collection and enforces late fees. Also offers esign capabilities. The interface is clean this software solution integrates with other platforms.

Cons

Updating rents upon lease renewal is clunky. Last time we tried listing a rental on zillow through RentRedi, we had trouble getting the ad posted. RentRedi was good about refunding our payment though.

It’s been pretty good. I’ve used it since 2021 to keep track of my rentals and rent rolls. It’s easy to turn in for tax purposes.

Pros

A lot of things are automatic. You can send reminders, have tenants set up autopay, it’s user friendly, easy to navigate.

Cons

Sometimes my tenants choose to pay through Venmo and you to log in everything manually. I wish there was an auto button instead if someone paid using something else.

It’s been great for us as new landlords! Having an all in one makes a great difference. I appreciate getting sent the 1099 at EOY.

Pros

Relatively easy to use! Haven’t had issues with tenants figuring it out. Support has been effective. Definitely a good value.

Cons

We’ve had a few technical issues. I forget the details, but I remember they were resolved. I would like to see lower cost background checks.

I have had nothing but good experiences with RentRedi. It's affordable, the customer service is really amazing and very professional, which I don't really see too much of nowadays in other industries. So I very much appreciate that and will stick with them because of it.

The customer service has been beyond amazing with their professionalism and quickness in resolving any issues or questions I might have.

Cons

It's not Rent-Redi specific but I am just not good with any kind of techy/software stuff so it seems overwhelming to me. But really once I am given the steps to take to resolve something, it really is very easy. :)

### "An application that just works at a value! "

Problems - tenant management (keeping everything in one place). And the benefits to this when having multiple properties is enormous.

Pros

The software offers all dashboards any landlord would need - rent management; maintenance requests; tenant documents and files; and more. It also offers an easy and intuitive site for tenants, which is incredibly important for any landlord. Data shows that tenants are more inclined to use an app that is easy to use. And thankfully RentRedi is simple to use that each one of my tenants have shared positive feedback, and as a landlord, this is what you want to hear. Additionally, it works nice by giving you the option to text your tenants, that feature is nice since text is slowly becoming the next email. A job well done in putting together a tool that just works at a valued price. Highly recommend landlords start with RentRedi, easy to use, affordable, and intuitive for any tenant.

Cons

The only con is how slow the deposits take from when tenants pay. It takes about 3-4 business days, so it would be nice where we can speed this up a 1-2 business days. With how competitive the market is, other software programs advertise one business day transfers. Otherwise, the software is incredible!

My overall experience has been very positive. Everything I need to manage rentals. They also seem to be very interested in adding new features and improving the product

Pros

Makes it very easy to manage rentals including collecting rents electronically. Also, whenever I've had any questions they have been able to help me right away through their online chat feature. No need to call, go through voice prompts, then wait to speak to someone. They also follow-up with the chat conversations to ensure that my question was answered or my issue was resolved.

Cons

I have no complaints or concerns, their app is very easy to use and they are very helpful in answering my occasional questions.

I see a bright future with this company and want to keep the relationship going.

Pros

Everything I need from pre-screening to rent payment is all there at a very solid price. It hardly costs me anything to have all the tools I need. Plus, the customer service is so freaking good. They typically answer any questions I have within a few minutes via the chat.

Cons

There was a bit of a lag getting all my bank accounts and tenants up and running. I ran into some trouble, but luckily I was able to talk to the customer support to help me through these things. If I could improve one thing, I would make the prescreening templates a little more flexible. I'm defaulting to use GoogleForms because they offer me a lot more capabilities.

So far, it's been good. I am still learning the system. I have recently chosen a tenant and will be using the online system to have them sign a lease, etc. I will see how that works.

Pros

I am just getting started. I like using the online prequalification to ensure I am not wasting my time showing potential tenants a rental unit. I like the application process and the fact that I am edit both the prequal form and the application.

Cons

I was not crazy about the syndication with Zillow. I felt I could not have access to a lot of other information that I would otherwise have if I had just listed with Zillow directly.

RentRedi will always be an integral part of our property management strategy and operations for Honda as it continues expanding its real estate portfolio. Also enhancing customer satisfaction for tenants it has proved to be an invaluable resource for our organization while at the same time driving business growth. Therefore I would recommend this software to any property management entity looking to streamline their processes and achieve greater efficiency levels thus increased success tendencies.

Pros

Before Rentredi, our property management system was fragmented and inefficient, meaning that there was a huge problem associated with scattered data, manual processes and lack of automation leading to delays and inefficiencies as well. Now, this platform has changed everything for us by providing one platform that incorporates the entire lifecycle of property management in a seamless manner.

Cons

The occasional technical glitch or just any software update is one challenge we have faced on this platform that momentarily disrupted our workflow. Nevertheless, it is a platform that provides continuous updates and better users experience through addressing all technology issues which is why we are now less vulnerable to disruptions.

Overall, the program works well for managing your rental property, promoting your listing and managing your tenants. Our rent money comes in seamlessly, and our tenants have had no issues which is probably the most important part. It’s not perfect software, but suits our needs. If you want to automate your business overnight, I would recommend.

Pros

What I like the most is that this was very easy to set up. Without a lot of detail I was able to quickly add my property and tenants. Equally important my tenants were able to sign up and set up their profiles with no issue.

Cons

The system is a little utilitarian, Clunky is the word that comes to mind. The app works, but it’s not great. I prefer the desktop application but that’s not always practical or accessible.

Reason for choosing RentRedi

Another landlord shared they recently were using rent ready and had been an easy way to automate their 12 properties. I needed to get up and running quickly, so went with a trusted recommendation. I have not vetted other products yet.

Exceeded my expectations!

Pros

As this is my first rental property and venture into property management, I was searching for a platform that did everything in one place. I work full-time taking care of my mother, and since my experience and discretionary time is very limited, I required property management software that allowed me to learn at my own pace. I first scheduled a live demo - I didn't think I really needed it because I had already started, and the software is very user-friendly, but I'm glad I did. RentRedi was able to schedule a time at my convenience, and most importantly, they didn't try to up-sale, and they let my needs drive the demo. It's reassuring to speak with staff that not only are well-versed in the product they represent, but were happy to share any other little nuggets that might not be covered elsewhere. I have used all the RentRedi property management tools that have applied to me thus far, and I couldn't be more pleased. My favorite tools are the ones that allow me to interact with potential renters as much or as little as needed. Everything from applications, listings, monthly rent payments, scheduling maintenance, this property management software has it covered. I have reached out multiple times via online chatting and have always been met with friendly, competent staff...they are simply irreplaceable, even though RentRedi has a multitude of easy to read articles, easy to follow videos, etc. I look forward to the day when I can add my second property. Cons

I was disappointed when my pictures were uploaded to Zillow, Trulia, etc. out of order. I realize what happens on their sites is something out of your control at the moment. I'm hoping, since you obviously have a contractual relationship with these other sites, something can be done in the future to correct this. We all know the 1st picture is important!!!

This software met my needs as a single-property landlord, in addition to having the capacity to grow with me. I didn't feel intimidated seeking support due to my lack of knowledge - staff treated me with respect and as a result my confidence in this venture has soared.

### "PMS Rent Redi "

Overall, I’m very happy with this platform. I’m sure it’s more expensive than many of them out there but personally, it’s been a great experience.

Pros

We looked at many PMS options and my husband selected RR from being impressed with Bugger Pockets. I am the one that does PM and once I got over the initial learning curve, I’ve really enjoyed using the RR software. We have multiple properties over different states and it’s helpful to see everything together, especially since we manage remotely.

Cons

Initially learning curve has been the most difficult. Instructions like clicking on tenants to assign charges isn’t very obvious so the fear of sharing tenant info is always there til you get the hang of it. Another thing I don’t agree with is that they charge for bank payments so we the property management group, have decided to assume those charges.
