Pros I like RentRedi’s dashboard view of all my tenants. I also like setting up other users, and tenants seem to like it. Cons I don't like that the ACH fee toggle applies to everyone. I should be able to turn it on or off by tenant, not all at once, and I'd use RentRedi more right now if I could. The initial setup wasn't great, but I got through it. Review Source Chloe C. It also allowed me an easy way to send leases out and ensure they were signed. Pros I love how RentRedi presents my property formally. It allows the tenant access to everything in one place, makes it easy for communication and notices to be given. Cons I dislike how long it takes to get my money. Even after signing up for the faster transfer it tends to take days. Pros I enjoy the user friendliness of the tool as you don’t need much of any training to set up your first property and begin managing your portfolio. Cons I really don’t have anything to recommend for improvement and don’t want to just make up something to fill a space. While it offers a wide range of features, it falls short in the areas that matter most for day-to-day property management: simplicity, efficiency, and ease of use. Tasks that should take only a few minutes become unnecessarily time-consuming because of a confusing workflow and an overly complex interface. Combined with slower-than-expected rent deposit processing, the software has not met my expectations. I believe the product would be significantly improved by focusing on a streamlined user experience that allows property managers to complete their core tasks quickly and efficiently. Pros maybe the cost, but there a lot more to not be exited about. Phone support is pretty good in today world. Cons For someone who has used this for year, thing went down hill quickly when the were purchased. This interface is far too complicated for what should be a straightforward task. Basic functions such as collecting rent, setting up tenants, reviewing payments, exporting reports, and viewing rental information require far more effort than they should. Something that should take no more than three minutes per month instead takes 20–30 minutes. The workflow is confusing, and the screens are not organized in a way that feels intuitive. A simple usability test with someone who has never used the system would quickly reveal these issues. It appears the software was designed to showcase a sophisticated interface rather than to make everyday property management efficient. The result is a system that is unnecessarily complex and difficult to navigate. Most property managers have just a few primary goals: \* Collect rent. \* Verify who has and has not paid. \* Manage tenant information. \* Generate year-end reports showing rental income and other key financial information. These core tasks should be fast, simple, and intuitive to perform. Instead, the interface buries them beneath layers of unnecessary complexity. In my opinion, the software has been over-engineered for the tasks it is intended to perform. A clean, streamlined interface with just a few well-designed screens would make the software significantly more efficient, easier to learn, and far more enjoyable to use. One additional concern is the time it takes for rent deposits to reach my account. The delay is much longer than I would expect. Most payment systems today process deposits much faster. I suspect many customers are moving to Zelle because of its faster payment processing. Even Innago provides faster deposits. July 13, 2026 5.0 Over all RentRedi is my preferred property management software. I have had a great experience with RentRedi. Pros This is the best Property Management platform our organization has used. RentRedi allows simple access for Rent collection, communication platform, marketing for vacancy. Cons It does take about 5 to 6 days for Rent Redi to collect funds and then deposit those funds into my account. I wish this was a shorter time frame. Like if one of the tenants pays with a credit or debit card, RentRedi gets the transaction fees to process it, but it comes out of the total rent. The we get shorted. Pros The price for the subscription seemed very reasonable, and there are a lot of tools to use as a landlord. Cons There’s a lot of options in the menu. It is reliable, user-friendly, and saves us time by allowing residents to make payments online without needing to meet in person. Pros Easy and reliable rent collection. We can add extra charges like parking, and residents can pay without us needing to meet in person or have them go to the bank. It is also very easy to add another property location. Cons The only challenge has been getting some residents to download the app, but that is more about individual preferences than an issue with RentRedi. Pros Easy of use and on boarding we’re great. I scheduled 1 call for on boarding and a walk through of the software features and functions. It was about a 30 minute call and it helped me get up and running quickly. Cons I have very few negative things to say about RentRedi. My one very minor issue is when using the mobile app it does not always automatically log me into the landlord interface. Sometimes I have to click a few extra buttons to get into where I want to be which is very minor. I have loved the easy access for tenants to pay and to be able to set up autopayment as well as give me access to seeing if they ever turn autopay off. Pros Easy to use and manage multiple properties at once. I appreciated the excellent customer service and interaction. Cons The system was overwhelming at first due to all the different things it can do. Once someone helped me walk it through it made much more sense.
