I maintain my Bigger Pockets Pro account mainly due to the perk of my RentRedi subscription. Pros Online rent collection is a game changer! I live in rural NH and am able to remotely do all my main functions and job as a landlord of Boston-based tenants. Cons Some features are still a bit buggy and does not automatically take without a workaround like having to delete a lease to reconnect a tenant to their account in order for the rule tenant having to pay oldest charges first before they’re able to pay newer charges.
