### "Good Landlord Friendly Property Management Tool"

Overall, it is a good starter friendly property management tool. That will allow you to print or process Profit and Loss statements making it easy for tax time.

Pros

Rentredi makes lease management easy with the built-in notifications for rent payment, late charges and reimbursements for security deposits. Set up was very simple and phone support was helpful.

Cons

I do not recommend the maintenance vendor Lessen due to some companies are not that good and honest. However, communication through the app for maintenance requests using your own people for tenant requests are ideal. They do need to do a better job of security and notifying when accounts have been illegally accessed. Example, make sure to require 2-step authentication upon account set up.

### "Make Management Simple"

Overall, it's been great so far! I appreciate that I can list my unit, onboard tenants, collect payments, and monitor leases from one website.

Pros

It's been easy to onboard tenants, collect deposits, rent, and more, all from one easy-to-access platform. I love that I can use the app on the go, and it's simple and intuitive to use. It has made management of multiple units and juggling maintenance requests a breeze.

Cons

It's load time for the app can be frustrating. It takes a few minutes to register that I am logged in and not show the demo data.

### "Solid landlord app"

Pros

Pretty user friendly. A 1 stop / app from application, lease deployment & capture to collection of rent.

Cons

Lack of ability to log daily client interactions. It would be great if tenants messages via the app vs having to provide cell phone for texting.

### "Game-changer for landlord automation"

Overall, my experience has been great. There is support staff/AI agents available and getting back to you within minutes/same day etc. it’s also pretty easy to learn and set up. I maintain my Bigger Pockets Pro account mainly due to the perk of my RentRedi subscription.

Pros

Online rent collection is a game changer! I live in rural NH and am able to remotely do all my main functions and job as a landlord of Boston-based tenants.

Cons

Some features are still a bit buggy and does not automatically take without a workaround like having to delete a lease to reconnect a tenant to their account in order for the rule tenant having to pay oldest charges first before they’re able to pay newer charges.

It is affordable when you first start renting your property out. It is a great tool for people starting a rental business for the first time.

Pros

It is, in general, very easy to operate and use on the computer. It was easy to get started and organize my property.

Cons

It is harder to use on the app, which I use my tablet and phone most of the time, so it created some type of inconvenience.

Been super simple to navigate and have had great customer service. I have loved the easy access for tenants to pay and to be able to set up autopayment as well as give me access to seeing if they ever turn autopay off.

Pros

Easy to use and manage multiple properties at once. I appreciated the excellent customer service and interaction.

Cons

The system was overwhelming at first due to all the different things it can do. Once someone helped me walk it through it made much more sense.

### "Must have tool for landlords"

It was great so far. I love their customer support team — always ready to answer yout questions and giving support at anytime of the day. The platform need to have some update and should let you review the application format before sending out to the tenants. I mostly use the app, so it is helpful to me.

Pros

Customer support is very outstanding. They are always helpful at anytime that I needed. The system allow to screen tenants and let them apply directly.

Cons

The system need to simplify & synchronized more together. I don't like that tenants apply here and I have to click on each tenant or different tab to see different information and they don't match up.

excellent customer service, excellent "listening to suggestions from customers", good price for what it does

Pros

the devs actually listen to customer feedback and fix problems or change things... ex: the new deposit reports didn't have a break down of which units were in the deposit. I emailed them and now they're working on a fix. should have it by early next week and I know they'll do it because I was the one who suggest that feature in the old reports and they got it done then. very impressed with the customer service.

Cons

interface is a bit clunky but overall not that bad... just could be improved. 1/10 times it won't load on my browser but a refresh gets it

RentRedi seemed promisng at first but they have a lot of things they need to improve on

Pros

The Pricing of RentRedi was pretty much the only Pro

Cons

The Portal is confusing to navigate and they do not offer support or have any way to transfer my rentals and tenant information from my current rental management software. The rent due shows the rent due for the next 30 days and no way to just show the current rent due so on the 2nd or 3rd of the month if a tenant or landlord looks at whats due it would show the current months rent plus the next months rent which is confusing. Also they charge the tenants a fee of $1.00 for ACH payments which most of my landlords would be willing to cover although there is no way to assign the fees to each landlords properties. I would have to cover them, and then have to generate an invoice to each landlord to get reimbured for the fees. (They should not even have to charge a fee for ACH payments to begin with) I decided to go with TurboTenant

### "A Great Automation Tool"

RentRedi is a great tool to begin automating my rental business so that I can free up my time for other things.

Pros

RentRedi helps me to keep track of rents, late rents, and sends receipts to tenants automatically. This is very important since I am not very good at bookkeeping and reciept tracking.

Cons

I don't like that it keeps wanting to publish my rental online. I have tenants now and am not ready for more at the moment.

Great app for landlords with small portfolios. Easy to use. Automated payment structures. Keeps things organized. You're even able to do tenant screenings and tenants can do maintenance requests. Great app.

Pros

I love that it's ready to use. Easy to set up tenants with the app. Can do automatic payments. I love that it also adds in the late fees when tenants don't pay on time. Takes the hassle out of arguing.

Cons

Only con, I did not receive a notification when my account was setup so that i could start registering current tenants with rentredi

Despite the processing time, rentredi has truly made property management easier and more efficient for me.

Pros

As a first-time landlord, I am amazed at how easy it was to set up the RentRedi app. The app is incredibly user-friendly and has streamlined the entire process, from collecting rent to handling maintenance requests. One of the standout features is the chat option, which is both fast and easy to use. The support team is always willing to help, providing prompt and efficient assistance whenever I have a question or need support. RentRedi has truly made property management easier and more efficient for me.

Cons

The only feature I like the least is the processing time for payments to reach my bank account. It takes about a week to process.

I have had nothing but good experiences with RentRedi. It's affordable, the customer service is really amazing and very professional, which I don't really see too much of nowadays in other industries. So I very much appreciate that and will stick with them because of it.

Pros

The customer service has been beyond amazing with their professionalism and quickness in resolving any issues or questions I might have.

Cons

It's not Rent-Redi specific but I am just not good with any kind of techy/software stuff so it seems overwhelming to me. But really once I am given the steps to take to resolve something, it really is very easy. :)

### "Solid all inclusive app with outstanding customer service"

I see a bright future with this company and want to keep the relationship going.

Pros

Everything I need from pre-screening to rent payment is all there at a very solid price. It hardly costs me anything to have all the tools I need. Plus, the customer service is so freaking good. They typically answer any questions I have within a few minutes via the chat.

Cons

There was a bit of a lag getting all my bank accounts and tenants up and running. I ran into some trouble, but luckily I was able to talk to the customer support to help me through these things. If I could improve one thing, I would make the prescreening templates a little more flexible. I'm defaulting to use GoogleForms because they offer me a lot more capabilities.

### "I love love love it! "

Absolutely love it. Can't believe how good the price is and how user friendly it is. No hidden fees, no sneaky sales tactics, and PHENOMENAL customer service. I have really enjoyed everything about this product.

Pros

Very simple to use. It has lots of resources. I like that I can also lost different bank accounts for different properties. It also doesn't nickel and dime you for every service here and there. There are some add-on services but they are appropriate for extra payment like maintenance and accounting. It's PERFECT for me and my 15 properties in didn't LLCs and trusts. How could I forget the customer service. Real people who are in the United States call and check on you constantly to make sure you get your account setup. I even used the chat box at like 7:00am and someone responded almost immediately and helped with the issue. So good!

Cons

The signing software was pretty basic. My lease has initials and several signing areas. I think a software line DocuSign, dotloop, or authentisign would be a complete package. I couldn't use the signing at all since it was limited.

### "Affordable all-in-one"

Every time I've tried a property management software I end up deciding I can do it better and more cost effectively on a spreadsheet. RentRedi provided that mindset change. Learning curve wasn't steep and help was always at the ready. The price was at least half of the other contenders. It has been a great fit.

Pros

If you compare RentRedi to other similar software services, it wins on bang for buck hands down...by hundreds and often thousands depending on how many units you have. It does what you need it to do, centrally housing the essentials from leases to maintenance requests to rent management, as well as providing a great interface for my tenants which they've really liked. Perhaps an unsung hero with this app is the customer service. I've received the exact help I've needed through live chat within seconds every single time I'll reached out.

Cons

There's nothing functional that I dislike about RentRedi. Everyone has design preferences and I'm no different. It has been a real treat.

My overall experience has been very positive. Everything I need to manage rentals. They also seem to be very interested in adding new features and improving the product

Pros

Makes it very easy to manage rentals including collecting rents electronically. Also, whenever I've had any questions they have been able to help me right away through their online chat feature. No need to call, go through voice prompts, then wait to speak to someone. They also follow-up with the chat conversations to ensure that my question was answered or my issue was resolved.

Cons

I have no complaints or concerns, their app is very easy to use and they are very helpful in answering my occasional questions.

Pros

It is pretty user friendly, and once you go through the setup up it's easy to track what payments are upcoming and any overdue.

Cons

There are some quirks that I'd think are easy to fix. When naming your units you can't use spaces or special characters. You can't attach documents to notifications even if they are uploaded already.

### "Payment processing sucks but good product"

Very hard to get set up and it seems that mobile homes is not understood as an investment. I had to send multiple email to get it set up and if I wanted to get set up in a day and go with my business I cant do that with RentRedi.

Pros

I like the fact you offer the credit boost feature its going to great for my tenants

Cons

The setting up the payments it an long process. Is there a better or different way to confirm property ownership. I got some flack for turn in taxes with my company name on it

### "No Regrets for Purchasing RentRedi"

My experience overall has been fantastic. I would recommend this software to any property manager. The ability to track tenants, leases and property in one place and ability to run reports using the data to analyze each unit has been such a time saver. We use the mobile app and access info on the go as too.

Pros

I like that it helps track each property and the tenants. I like that rent is automated. I like that it links to the accounting software saving me so much time and energy so I can spend my time building my business.

Cons

Literally can't think of what I like least.

I did purchase QuickBooks and used for a few months before converting to RentRedi and the RentRedi Accounting. QuickBooks didn't have feature for collecting rent and wasn't able to track each property without purchasing premium options.

### "Getting Started"

So far, it's been good. I am still learning the system. I have recently chosen a tenant and will be using the online system to have them sign a lease, etc. I will see how that works.

Pros

I am just getting started. I like using the online prequalification to ensure I am not wasting my time showing potential tenants a rental unit. I like the application process and the fact that I am edit both the prequal form and the application.

Cons

I was not crazy about the syndication with Zillow. I felt I could not have access to a lot of other information that I would otherwise have if I had just listed with Zillow directly.
