"Core software for my business"

**Overall:** The software is genuinely helpful and has impressive potential, especially for marketing. Some features require a bit of time to learn and use effectively, but the overall experience is positive and promising.

**Pros:** The professionalism and time-saving benefits of sending an estimate. It really has helped me save money and gain more customers

**Cons:** The number of bugs and minor details that don't work when clicking on some options. Sometimes it is frustrating but it looks like they're working every day on fixing those issues

"Get back your time"

**Overall:** Their customer support is fantastic. Whenever there is a problem of I have a question I get a response back within an hour or two

**Pros:** The speed with which it helps me create estimates of all sizes and the job calculations (pricing, scheduling and tracking)

**Cons:** sometimes upgrades create bugs in the software. However, I will say they are usually fixed within a day or two
