Pros
The onboarding was very easy and the support team (special thanks to [sensitive content hidden]) made such a great job. Integration on several marketplaces works smooth and is easy to maintain.
They provide excellent customer support to help you set up various ecommerce platforms and their integration works well with platforms like Ecwid.
But the support always helps you. We switched from Channable to Kongoo for our marketplaces, since then we have been happy.
The software is clear and if you have any question support is great. You can ask them anything and they help you till it works.
Cons
Nothing in particular, only perhaps that there is no Italian.
Even If I am frustrated some times The team is handling that verry professional.
I have really no Idea because I communicate with the Koongo team all the time.
Sometimes errors occur during the upload to a channel due to connection problems. We would like to get notified.

Overall: It is working and that is what it's all about.

Cons: Everything is ok. It is a learning process but with the help en support it is working as it should be.

Overall: Overall my experience with Koongo is one of satisfaction in working with a Company that prides itself in its work and is always ready to help the customer no matter how silly a question might be.
Pros: I have always found the staff at Koongo extremely helpful and very quick to respond to my queries. The latest problem encountered was very quickly resolved by [sensitive content hidden]. I have been working with Koongo for nearly a year and have always found the guys - [sensitive content hidden] - extremely helpful. They have gone above and beyond the necessary in helping me sort out the issues encountered.
Cons: To be honest there is only one thing that I do not like about Koongo and that is there is no direct telephone contact. All the contact has to be made via the chat boxes and tickets which can sometimes be a bit frustrating especially when you want an answer quickly.

Overall: poor not good at all. I went to renew to see if a paid plan would be better and was unable to do so without explanation.
Pros: I dont have anything good to say about koongo other than they provided channels to ebay and amazon

Pros: I recommend it, Kongoo seems to be slightly convoluted..but the support always helps you. We switched from Channable to Kongoo for our marketplaces, since then we have been happy...

Overall: Koongo provides excellent technical support to help new users set up their account. My team spent almost a month working with their virtual technical assistants and they are very patient and professional. They won't close your support ticket until your problem is completely solved.
Pros: Koongo allows you to list your products on multiple ecommerce channels with ease. They provide excellent customer support to help you set up various ecommerce platforms and their integration works well with platforms like Ecwid.
Cons: Koongo is does not offer phone support. Although their chat support is helpful, speaking with a representative over the phone builds confidence and encourages first time users to stay with your platform.

Overall: Five Star rating for the overall experience. I keep wishing I had heard about you about 3 years ago when I first started my online Store and eBay business.
Pros: I recently started using Koongo following a recommendation from IONOS and have been extremely happy with all the help that has been provided. Right from Day one till today, all the team (particularly [sensitive content hidden] - he has been my main port of all, has been the best and most important person to contact at Koongo.) I cannot fault the help that has been provided by [sensitive content hidden] - he has gone over and above what is required of him. I would recommend Koongo to all my contacts and have already started to spread the news of how helpful and reasonably priced the company is for the service that you provide.
Cons: No cons at all. I have no complaints to make. With Koongo's help my business is beginning to run a lot more smoothly.

Pros: I was optimistic about the software due there low price. But this is by far the best channel I have used and tested. Support was very fast en very helpful. I had a lot questions and issues but they never ignored me and answered all questions. Intervention is set up by the team and it’s amazing how easy it works!

"A Nostress Koongo becomes an outdated solution for feeds generation."
Overall: We use the Nostress Koongo feed generator for long 7 years. It's a pity, but now it becomes an outdated solution. It is known Magento 2.3 and 2.4 doesn't use categories and product flat tables https://docs.magento.com/user-guide/catalog/catalog-flat.html . But the Koongo module still supports the flats. It is not possible to disable the flats because the Koongo unable generate products feeds without the flats turned on. We look for another module to generate feeds.
Pros: We use the Nostress Koongo feed generator because it allows for a store admin to configure feeds without any programming. The module has a good user interface and a flexible configuration for known feed channels.
Cons: A Koongo module itself provides outdated solutions. The Koongo support officer proposes switching to a Koongo-as-service instead of resolving issues and keeping a module up-to-date. We were using the module since 2015 but now we look for another feed generator.

Overall: Overall, we are very happy with the help from our integrator and their customer service since they were very helpful. We would've liked a little more feedback on how to manage our store and products better.
Pros: Koongo's customer service was very professional, elaborate and very helpful. Our integrator helped us with product management, catalog management and pricing. The product management page is also quite easy to understand.
Cons: The Koongo just got a nice update which is great as before it was quite difficult and limited to work with.

"Awesome Software Best Decision "
Overall: Excellent experience all around, they have reduced our workflow times but 100 fold from inventory to order management and processing. They evolve as well overtime with the marketplace and consider them a true partner in our success.
Pros: SAVES more time then we could of ever imagined with order processing. SAVES more time again with inventory control. This was a critical issue for our business in its early stage this software literally resolved these issues. Integration Simple. Customer Service excellent and explained and assisted explaining and resolving any issue or question we had. Integrates easily across multiple platforms. If there is not a platform integration they are eager to create one.
Cons: Like with any new software there is always a slight learning curve, however they were right there to explain and resolve any issues. It concerned us initially with customer support's response time. In the past it took about half a day to respond due to the time difference, this is really a non issue today with quick response.

Overall: They really understand situations and always willing to help. Do not think if you snap your fingers things will be done in a minute for you. You need to give them some time to do there job. They are also people and this team is doing everything to solve your problems and help you out. Communication is key. If something is not serving you well communicate with the Koongo team, stay polite and give them some time. You will see, the power of communication is giving you everything you want.
Pros: The amount of work it takes out of our hands. Everything is possible with Koongo. Ant the fantastic team is always willing to help. Every one who try's Koongo or any other software please communicate with the Team behind the software before rating it with one star and a short negative comment . You will see it is the key to a great Collaboration.

Overall: It just works and is easy. Documentation is well written, if we have question they get answered very quickly if we can't figure something out for some reason the team from Koongo helps us.
Pros: It's incredibly easy to implement and when we needed to add more channels it was done in a few minutes. When we have questions they are answered incredibly quickly. Cost wise they are a lot (!) cheaper than any of the competitors while offering a superior product.
Cons: Honestly, we have no negative experiences and have found no bad practices or anything like that.
