It's super easy to use, not very pricey, and the support is top-notch! Getting started was a breeze – quick and smooth. Highly recommend!

Pros

The platform is very user friendly and the support team is very proactive. Their drag and drop editor makes it very easy to create and send emails.

Cons

We faced a few glitches while uploading the data but that gets resolved very quickly by the support team.

Some of the functionalities are still missing, working on them would make the tool one of the leaders in market.

Working on this software, and with the team on a daily basis has been great. They are quick to respond to any queries, give suggestions and help through any process throughout the journey. The interface of the platform is really nice too. Very user friendly and personalised. I would surely recommend this to someone who needs automated emailers, sms, whatsapps, and journeys like abandoned cart, inactive customers, thank you messages post purchase and more. Really happy with my overall experience.

Pros

It's very easy to use, has all the latest features and gives in-depth data and results. Extremely helpful for essential day-to-day online services.

Cons

Nothing in particular. No complaints as such, just think it would be better if the emailers would have some more templates. But on mentioning the same to the Growlytics team, they were quick to add customised templates as per my requirements.
