“Full-featured free plan”

OverallWe use Qonvo webchat to greet our website visitors and offer assistance. We're a small company so the Qonvo free plan provides us with everything the team needs at this point. We use Qonvo's iOS mobile app to reply to inbound customer inquiries. The mobile app notifications are helpful for making sure that we don't miss any customer messages. We don't work 24x7, so when my team isn't available the Qonvo assistant responds with suggested information for customers and sends in-chat applets to help them book follow-ups or place orders. I'm happy with the platform and we plan to upgrade to the paid plan as the team grows so that we can handle inbound messages from social media and our shared email inboxes. It's great to be able to have all of our customer conversations in one app!
