Pros

Using time & attendance is useful and like how it brings it into payroll module.

Cons

It's not easy to set up / add as there are so many areas that are connected. Once used, paycodes, etc cannot be deleted causing tables to get messy

Pros

This is the first payroll system that I have used, I found it fairly easy to learn. The support team is super amazing and has definitely helped me understand the system better!

Cons

The biggest area of improvement, for my use at least, is the speed of saving documents from Avanti to our files. It used to be very efficient but after the update at the beginning of 2021 it has become painfully slow.

Pros

I find the system overly cumbersome, not user friendly and no ATS. I am hoping we can switch systems asap.

Cons

Not user friendly at all. There is not much I like about the system.

I wish there was an option to do a pay # 2 for a missed pay from the previous pay period.

Pros

Ease of use. Price. You can get into most functions without too much effort.

Cons

Less HRIS functions than competition. Would be good to see more modules come out.

The ease to use. I like that every step is self explanatory, I will know what to click or choose for the next step.

Cons

Reports creation. It is hard sometimes to create reports as not able to pull historical data.

Pros

Nothing I can think of at the moment sorry

Cons

Completely lacking in support or training. Lots of support articles for payroll but absolutely nothing for the HR modules. I've been requesting training for three months and have yet to receive any.
