It's find does the basics but I do not like that I can do much customization with the pipeline and in order to do so I have to upgrade. Same with reports, I can't pull any more data without upgrading.

Its easy of use, UXI

not being able to pull reports without upgrading, paying more money customizing pipeline beyond the basics.

Base CRM is an awesome tool. I've used other CRMs before, but this one is one of the leaders. It's easy to use, especially when I'm on the go. Base really helps users organize client info provides clear data that I can use to grow my business. I love it.

Our company - a smaller startup at first - used Base for two years and I loved the interface and overall functionality. We only switched to find a better option for a service such as ourselves. Base seemed to cater more to product industry.

Cons

Too much emphasis on tracking sales reps performance. This may be a good feature for some but not a need for us.

Pros

The app really works. It's the best feature of Base. Easy to import emails.

Cons

I found the Base dashboard confusing. It's dark and it's hard to find the tools. Very poor UX. It's focused on sales. I've tried many different CRM softwares until I found my favorite. This one would be on the worst side of the list. Nothing on it is appealing or attractive.

Another best CRM software for cloud based customer relationship management as it makes easy to lead and generate reports while tracking on individual on. Intersting features, Nice templates, Performance Recording and lead counts on with every other clients your employee make.

Cons

Not few things I like anout this software is that It is its high price on an enterprise levels and their less integration of upcoming programmes, which can put this company on the top.

If you are already a Zendesk user, then I definitely recommend choosing Zendesk Sell as a way to expand reach and get higher quality leads. As with Zendesk, I love the simplicity of the program.

Cons

I wish there was a better function on leaving notes for each lead. What they have now isn't very efficient.

Base CRM provides with a performance dashboard which provides details for conversion rates. It helps to understand the details about the deals they are working with. It also provides the summary about reasons for lost deals. Helps with overall statistics.

Pros

I like the interface and the icons used in this application.
