Cons

I would have like to see higher conversion rates from this CRM. Its not as user friendly as some of the others

Pros

The real time data synch is efficient and easy to use. I would recommend it for all companies looking for a simple and easy to use solution.

Cons

The amount of time it took to learn but once you have it down it is a very efficient and effect CRM solution.

Excellent function for rapid knowledge about your customers in one moment if you are away.

Cons

I can't import contacts from iPhone. The software asks me for CSM format and from iPhone contact vcard.

We liked Base because it does not cost too much and it is good with history. It also plugs with dropbox which is a good feature.

Great simple CRM.

Cons

Lacks some features.
