it is very easy to use, effective for what we need a database to do. There are a lot of psoitive features to use to keep updated on sales opportunitites.

Pros

Really easy to navigate, new members of staff have picked it up easy.

Cons

The link to outlook is the only con for us, is this ws an automatic sync it would be easier for us a company rather than BCC a an email address into the emails in order for it to appear on Set for business.

Nothing - this CRM solution is amazing - I've used many others including SalesForce, HubSpot and Zoho, nothing compares to SET.

Our use of SET CRM is growing monthly, I am looking forward to possible further collaborations/ add-ons with other useful business tools - Gmail merge, Quickbooks, Square. Would happily recommend to other businesses needing the same CRM requirements.

Pros

The amount of options for data entry and then linking additional personnel to the same company. My favourite tool is the maps to really work on our catchment area, review and implement a marketing strategy.

Cons

No app currently available which I believe will be really handy for on the road entries, that can be added with the ease of an app at your fingertips whilst with the customer.

It's pretty good, but does not completely fit our business needs. Will be looking to see if we can incorporate the above, or looks at other systems that can.

Easy to move between screens. Easy to update details

Cons

Pipeline does not have dates created and there ability to sort by activity. This would help so we could see when the next appointment/job is due. Reporting - Can there be a separate box for postcodes so we can add to reporting It would be great to have a function that allows you to upload hand written notes You can see what dates opportunities where moved across the pipeline, ie fr0m consultation to booked to completed etc

It has been a good first experience for the company in to a CRM system but not sure we will be able to continue to grow with it as it is at the moment. Very good support from the team has helped.

Pros

Easy to use and add info. Good price point for start up company.

Cons

Designed more for projects than for true customer recording. Would like to be able to run easier and more detailed reports. We will probably out grow the system if it doesn't allow us to do better reports and to capture more customer info in an easy to view system - ie emails on the customers page - more detailed map - product reporting criteria greater and easier to use.

It was easy to use and a good intro for the business into a CRM system when they have never had one before - not scary

My overall experience of 'Set For Business' has been great. The system is easy to use, and the team are always there to make additions and tailor the CRM to your exact needs.

Pros

The CRM Software is very easy to use. Your day's sales objectives can be easily set up us with this tool thanks to the diary pop-ups; which can also be colour-coded dependent on importance. The system is also great for allowing you to move each opportunity along the sales pipeline; being able to analyse and instigate a strategy accordingly.

Cons

Emails are not automatically linked into the software. An app would be useful; although, you can still log-on to the system through your phone very easily.

An excellent source of information - potentially too much information that is not necessarily required. Trying to find a way to prioritise the information that we need on a day to day basis.

Pros

This is a really good source of all your contacts and their details. i also like the fact that you can upload all the information that you need such as emails, supporting documents etc. The notes section is also really useful for keeping everyone updated. The alert system is also very effective.

Cons

What I need most is some means of prioritising the information with instant access. For example, every customer that needs to be contacted today needs to be front page. if deadlines have been missed email alerts could be generated. I can generate various groups for quick reference but it is a little clumsy to do so and I have had to apply a trial and error process to get the exact information I require. The system is also heavily reliant on who is imputing the information. Consistency gives the best results, although this is the same with all similar systems. Could there be some kind of tick list added to the activities box that would add a contact to a certain category. Live lead, Information only? Please bear in mind that i am still in the learning stages :))

Pros

It was very easy to set up and create. Using it on a day to day basis is very instinctive. If we ever have any issues the support has always been very good.

Cons

None that I can think of at present time

The ACT software was slow and very clunky. Every time there was an issue you ended up on long and very technical calls. In the end the sales people were spending too much time on getting the CRM to work and not selling.

Initially we used it a lot to track work opportunities so are very pleased with it. Clearly the last 12 months has seen us pick up very little work so we haven't had to use it much at all. Still happy with the product and i am sure it will serve us well when work picks up again

Pros

I use the software to record events that we attend with the our catering ovens. All details can be recorded and accessed easily and the interface presents all the details in an easy to understand and edit format. Pipeline is easy to edit and manage.

Cons

I would like to be able to default the opportunity search option to earliest so that when I open the opportunities the next event is top of the list straight away rather than having to request this on the drop down. Not a huge issue I know but would be nice

I've been using SET for years and introduced it into two businesses. It has allowed me to create structure, overall visibility of growth and focus points and we are now able to keep track of all our opportunities making sure that we never miss out.

Pros

It's flexibility and ease of use. I also like the fact I can speak directly to the team and they work with me to get the best out of the system which includes recommendations of new features.

Cons

I'd like to be able to link one opportunity to multiple clients. We work in construction and can sometimes be pricing the same projects for 3 different companies at one time.

We were a bit anxious about signing up as first, but only because of. our experiences with other CRM systems. However, that being said since day one we have not looked back. The team are fantastic and offer so much support it is unreal! I don't think I will ever cancel my account.

Pros

A good quality CRM system will help you to make more money; it really is as simple as that. And with SET for Business we have seen a great increase in lead conversion and sales. We have used pretty much all of the generic mass CRM systems over the years and nothing comes close to SET. It is easy to use, cost-effective and their customer passion mixed with their innovation makes it second to none.

Cons

I guess SET are still catching up with certain integrations, however from more conversations with the team it sounds like there are plans to keep adding in integrations and new features.

Really good addition to our business - we previously used a CRM that was on-premise rather than cloud-based and it was slowing us down - SET has made our lives so much easier!

Pros

Very inexpensive, easy to deploy and a great team to support - they are happy to tweak settings to suit

Cons

It doesn't have many integrations with 3rd party software but they are working to fix that
