Cannot recommend Defendify more highly. A terrific company and a great partner. A unique platform that allows SMBs and nonprofits to run a true cybersecurity program. Pros There's so much we love about Defendify. The most important aspect is that Defendify provides a platform to manage an entire cybersecurity program for our clients through a single service, Defendify. We can provide assessments, vulnerability scanning, dark web monitoring, awareness training and more through a single platform and a partner that works with us constantly to help us package, sell and manage the service to ensure our clients are getting what they need and we're getting what we need to support them. Defendify's platform is, so far as I am aware, a totally unique combination of cybersecurity services that does not have a true competitor in the space. On top of that, Defendify's people have been, bar NONE, exceptional to work with. Always responsive, supportive, creative and fun. Defendify has been a terrific partner for us. Cons The only con has nothing to do with Defendify and everything to do with core challenges around providing cybersecurity services to nonprofits and small businesses. For the vast majority of SMBs and nonprofits, cybersecurity isn't a revenue generator or differentiator for them, so their willingness to invest the time and money it takes to run a meaningful cybersecurity program is still something with which we struggle. Defendify makes it as easy and affordable as it can be and a year + into providing the service we are gaining a lot of traction, but it's been an uphill struggle for many of our clients to invest time and resources to significantly improve their security posture.
