Cons I had some temporary invitation issue when onboarding but the FigPii team really showed up and helped unblocking our team trial. Cons FigPii lacked any way of adding a hypothesis to go along with particular tests, or to record notes/findings after conducting an experiment. Some way to create a roadmap and record experiment ideas & findings would go a long way. Some technical glitches occurred preventing tests from running - the support was helpful to try find a resolution. We have a very established website for which prospective users' activities need to be enhanced for our website content. Having all of the CRO tools in one place is wonderful, and the dashboard is awesome and simple to use, making it simple to run A/B tests. Cons I can't think of any, but they should probably modernize their user interface a little. I think its pricing plan should be customized. Its heatmap video is also difficult to record. I just find it hard to believe I'm getting this level of functionality at this cheap. Pros The tool that will significantly raise the conversion rate is without a doubt Figpii. Figpii will provide me with the best option for evaluating user behavior and boosting conversion. This tool's Heatmap feature is extremely user-friendly. Additionally, it won't give me any information that is not necessary so I can concentrate on the important data. The straightforward and superior video capturing feature will also brighten my day. The customer service offered by Figpii is something else to note. The committed customer support team will always be there to assist me, no matter what difficulties or problems I may encounter with Figpii. Cons First and foremost, I would like using heatmaps and movies on various AB test versions. This functionality is still being developed by the figpii team. I believe they can improve the poll management system's usability. Click maps don't function properly, which is another issue I have with Figpii. Even if it doesn't happen often, bugs of all kinds need to be improved. I'm very happy using the platform and I'm excited to see what feature you might add next. Giving the opportunity, I'd probably buy a few more lifetime licences should you ever run the deal again as I have many more smaller customers who would love to use it. Pros It's very easy to set up and get going. I have some of my clients access their own sections and they are able to add their own recordings without having to bother me every time they want something new tracked Cons I have a few issues, especially with the heatmaps where the css simply doesn't pull through so the site doesn't render in FigPii how it does to the user. This unfortunately makes this feature useless for me on these sites. And, if the data is presented in a simplistic manner then absorbing and implementing the insights become much easier. I have increased the conversion rate by about 19%, which is tremendous on any scale. Talking about video recording, recording sessions, and analyzing them are very simple and straightforward. It is the key for me. I want my job done but at the same time, the tool has to be simple and painless. Pros I must admit that their customer service department is awesome. Whenever I get stuck on anything or need clarification on something. I just asked and got a quick reply with everything explained. It seems the customer service guys know their job pretty well and always eager to get feedback. Furthermore, their pricing is quite reasonable in the industry standard, and having four different price plans brought a lot of flexibility for the customer. Only Heatmaps and Session recordings at a time differ for price plan, other than these all are the same. Lastly, a free trial without inserting card details is great for the skeptic. Cons Although they have great affordable pricing, I would love to get the SMALL package for around 60 dollars. Besides, they can extend the free trial period from 14 days to a month, which would be a great add on for newbies.
