I've been with autovitals for 13 years, had defiantly help my bottom line and stress! Defiantly would like to see them move forward with new ideas

Pros

Work flow management and payroll time tracking. Tee times. Easy access for help from sale rep Shelby!

Cons

Doesn't seem like they are moving forward with in innovated things and no part confirmation been trying to add this for years!

Pros

Being an old school mechanic at first I was hesitant to use this software for inspections, but now I'm pleased I did the switch. This makes my shop to have a more professional look. Inspection process is quite easy, very user friendly and helps to standardize the procedure across all the shops. I would definitely recommend this to my colleagues in Mexico.

Cons

The app sometimes forgets my login info and I have to input it again when I open it back. Other than that, everything works OK.

I’m extremely happy overall. It speeds up the process and increases ROY while simultaneously keeping the customer happy and long-term retention increases because of all this.

Pros

It makes it easier to use when facing a customer. It increases the ticket average because customers can actually view the issue and the biggest complaint when someone is coming in for service work on their car is they believe they’re being forced to fix things that aren’t necessary. This takes the guest work out of that for the customer and they can visually see the issue and are more likely to say yes to the repair which keeps everybody happy, both the dealership and the customer.

Cons

It is not the most user-friendly, but sometimes technicians aren’t that tech savvy either. As with any technology, it can be glitchy and freeze, but overall, I’m extremely happy.

My overall experience with using AutoVitals was satisfying it was user friendly and it succeed all my needs and expectations that I had to motivate my team.

Pros

What I like the most about using AutoVitals was the way it allowed me to show my team a visual of what we want to achieve.

Cons

If I had to pick out something that I would say I like the least about AutoVitals it would have to be the response time occasionally but hardly at all.

I love to communication between the customer and the Business it allows me to keep a current update on my repairs

The system is pretty good but performance wise it could use a little more speed because the slows and legs from time to time

My overall experience with AutoVitals was a good one. Other than the complex explanations in the inspection report and above average pricing for similar software.

Pros

The feature I liked most was the inspection report. Most customers approved the work to be performed after reviewing this.

Cons

My only complaint would be all the extra wording and explanations that are too long in the customer inspection report. This could be shortened and more matter of fact.

The DVI systems are amazing, there was an almost overnight difference in selling

Cons

Its a little clunky and hard to use at first set up. Training videos lack set up help
