Lately the system is very slow and or down. Locks up and ne response. This has been the last year or so.

Pros

I like the inventor part. Won't let you sell something you don't have

Cons

Scheduling doesn't work very well. Needs to be reworked.

Highly recommended!

Pros

Great inspections and what the customer sees is top notch.Texting communication is awesome. We were able to use it as our main source.Technician time management is great. Tracks all the metrics we need.

Cons

We wish they did management software also.

### "Great system but has to integrate with another system"

Pros

The digital inspection is amazing tool to show and tell for customers

Cons

Did not like the fact that you had to work twice. Input work into Mitchell and then do the same in autovitals to acheive teh same results

We have liked using it. It has helped make it much easier to explain to customers needed repairs and has created some transparency and comfortability for customers.

Pros

Being able to show customers what we are seeing is a great tool. It helps explain the way behind the repair.

Cons

The delay from starting a work order to it showing up in the program.

Pros

Help with time management, Helps with inspections and customer approvals.

Cons

no Cons at this time other then pricing.

We were nervous to start using a new software due to all the implementation headaches that come with anything new. We were so happy to see that after just 1 year, our sales went up 12% after being stagnant and our ARO went up 14% last year and this year is already up 11% from last year. So happy we decided to start!

Pros

The software does the selling of work for us. The software also collects our reviews and sends appt reminders. So handy, it's like having an extra employee!

Cons

The only thing I would wish for is a tech support phone line. Currently, you have to submit a help ticket or research the help page.

Pros

Software has features that helps communication between Service Managers to Technicians, and Service Managers to Clients. Clear communication with detail such as note and pictures make job go smoother and more efficient.

Cons

There is a little lag of data transfer from Service Manager's computers to technician's tablets. Technician sometimes has to wait for data to completely transferred after jobs are assigned from Managers.

Very helpful to keep jobs organized between techs and SA’s

Cons

It does intermittently have some glitches that can impact the workflow of the shop. But not very often.

Pros

I coteach in a collision repair classroom, and our teacher uses Autovitals for his home business. We have also been using it in class because it is necessary for our students to keep up with trends in their industry. I found it incredibly easy to use - and so did our students!

Cons

There were a few bugs or glitches to begin with, but once we started using it, they worked out and there's no downside to the software that I have found.
