On the cons, we wish to explain that since it is an eCom site, prices are always displayed and we use EDD for instant download after purchase. We understand the concern about the unavailability of downloads in the future after purchase. We provide 3 download limits that last for 24 hours to prevent unauthorized access. As an alternative solution, we encourage users to create an account to keep a copy of their downloads and/or notify us via our live chat if the link has expired to resend the purchase receipts to download the file again. We have done this for many folks who have bought for even over a year but may have misplaced their files. We can understand your concerns given that you are a newbie to Microsoft Excel. However happy it eases your job and you don't have to create new sheets. That is the main point of our pre-built templates, as we have pretty much done the hard work so that users don't need to customize them. This tool is built on pivot tables, the reason we have locked the titles and protected certain columns and rows in the source data sheet. If you did unprotect, changed a title and got a #REF error, we can show you how to fix that. We provide free support and customization, so feel free to get in touch via the Live chat on our website. The manager version is based on monthly data entry so generating reports in weeks is not possible, unlike the officer version which is daily. Since the officer version is daily data entry, you can enter data at the end of the week to still generate a monthly report and be able to also generate weekly reports on the various indicators by right clicking on the pivot tables and grouping the date into days and set the number of days to 7. The LTIFR also works, if it doesn't it could be you have unprotected the cell and tampered with the formulae.
