We noticed the lagging effect is unique to MacBook as it responds faster on PC. This is because Microsoft Excel is originally for PC. We also found out that the new feature of being able to control all 10 dashboards and the 45 reports with any slicer in the workbook causes the lagging for Mac users. If you disconnect the slicers for the reports, it will respond faster. However, If the slicers are disconnected, users will have to control each report by its own slicer. Pros I love how the spreadsheets calculate everything for me. I enter my data and it generates beautiful visuals after calculating my OIR and Dart Rate for me. Pros The visual data it gives you on all the information you input, all the frequency rate scoring information. Cons On the new version that has been produced there seems to be some nagging parts that are not quite up to scratch. Things like the return and next buttons not set up correctly as hyperlinks. If you’re not an excel expert there is no way you could create or duplicate these on your own. Cons No cons but if there is something you want changed you can’t do it yourself as you must contact them to do that BUT, they will actually change a tool to fit your need which is awesome. Cons Not easy to customize. No user guide available. The sheets can be easily malfunction once a number or a title of a heading is adjusted, which makes it really difficult to customize to my needs. This tool is built on pivot tables, the reason we have locked the titles and protected certain columns and rows in the source data sheet. Frustrating if you want to customise it but can't. Emailed to support but didn't receive a reply. Pros This software is easy to use and helps track WHS action. Comprehensive fields output to great graphs and summaries. Cons Difficult to customise due to the linked fields across multiple worksheets. The manager version is based on monthly data entry so generating reports in weeks is not possible, unlike the officer version which is daily. Since the officer version is daily data entry, you can enter data at the end of the week to still generate a monthly report and be able to also generate weekly reports on the various indicators by right clicking on the pivot tables and grouping the date into days and set the number of days to 7. The LTIFR also works, if it doesn't it could be you have unprotected the cell and tampered with the formulae.
