We have been a customer for 4 years, remain very satisfied, and highly value the productive and trustworthy collaboration.

Pros

What I like most about ATOM is the fast and helpful customer support, which always responds quickly. Both the user app and the dashboard perform excellently, making daily use smooth and efficient. When issues or bugs arise, the team reacts promptly and provides solutions without delay. In addition, ATOM regularly delivers updates with useful new features that add real value.

Cons

In the past, during a larger development project, we experienced issues with feature deadlines – there is still room for improvement here.

At the moment we are satisfied with what we have. We manage to work and manage processes well with the opportunities provided, but there is always room for improvement.

Pros

I like Atom because of what they offer and how flexible they are to your needs. There are many different options that contribute to a good workflow.

Cons

There are functionalities that can be added, but it is almost always for an additional fee. It would be nice if they were a little more flexible in this regard.

The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and provides useful tools and insights to support daily operations. Support team is responsive and quick to address any questions or issues. It feels as Atom is investing more on the modules of rental over sharing, probably driven by the introduction of autonomous vehicles. While there are areas where the cost structure could better reflect the needs of different vehicle types, Atom remains a strong solution.

Pros

Friendly and intuitive UI (both front and backend), the clear and detailed documentation, and the fact that it works reliably around 99% of the time. I also appreciate the built-in KPIs and analytics, which make it easier to monitor performance without needing extra integrations.

Cons

The ongoing costs are quite high compared to the features offered. The pricing model also favors smaller vehicles like kick scooters over larger ones such as e-mopeds, even though connectivity and data storage needs are IoT-related rather than vehicle-specific, creating bariers for operators of larger vehicles to scale.

My overall experience with ATOM has been excellent. The platform made the launch process easy, operations have been smooth, and working with the team has been both professional and enjoyable.

Pros

What I liked most about ATOM is its ease of use and the excellent customer support. It has truly been a pleasure working with the ATOM team, who are always responsive and professional.

Cons

What I liked least about ATOM is that it’s missing some data analytics features. For example, insights on where and when customers open the app, how often they use it, whether they opened the app but didn’t take a scooter, and usage patterns by time of day. Having these analytics would make the platform even stronger. The ability to place pins on the map to support marketing initiatives and enhance customer engagement.

Pros

Great functionality, powerful tools for sharing and great option of expanding into other transport related businesses. There is always a person that you can talk to and address your needs which is also great.

Cons

For me there is a little less customisation than I would prefer.

Clear communication and good service. A good balance between price and value

Pros

I have had experience with other sharing platforms, and with Atom, the customer service is truly efficient, with clear communication and optimal response times. The possibility of choosing between a rental or sharing system, in our case, has made a fundamental difference when selecting ATOM.

Cons

Just to say something, Atom's pricing strategy makes it more expensive than other platforms to transition from managing small fleets to large ones. However, due to the quality of their customer service, I may continue using Atom for our scalability plan. It means, price vs value is well balanced

My overall experience with ATOM Mobility has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and flexible, which makes managing our mobility services much simpler. The support team is always responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. It’s a great solution for our needs, and the continuous upgrades has definitely improved how we run our operations.

the flexibility and ease of use. The software is highly customizable, allowing us to tailor it to our specific needs, Additionally, the real-time data and analytics are extremely helpful for optimizing our service and enhancing the customer experience. last but not least they are have very helpfull and fast support
