Response from Vendor August 8, 2023 We can definitely look at giving an option for hiding the Rejected leave, at the moment it is kept on the system for audit reasons, since employees need to be able to see the reason for the leave rejection. Even though it was rejected it was still an activity on the system that require historical record keeping. Thanks for giving this valuable insights, we will see how it can be incorporated. If we do have any questions or support queries (which is very seldom) they are very quick to respond and their communication has been great. Pros We've been using HR Simplified for over 2 years. The automation of HR Simplified streamlined our HR processes and leave management significantly. As our team grew it was absolutely necessary to have this in place. They've released tons of new features since we first joined. It truly is a nifty, inexpensive tool that I would recommend to any company. Cons Everything about this tool is great. I think the only suggestion that I would make is to notify the admin if a new invoice has been generated along with an attachment of the invoice. The decision to limit the upload of Documents to only the HR Admin users is one of "quality & standards", where standards are followed when uploading documents and document types. I will highly recommend this product to any start-up or business. Pros This product/software is great even for beginners. I have a small enterprise and never had any way of storing contracts , staff constantly apply for leave on paper and I loose these documents easily.
