" August 4, 2023 4.0 Pros It's simple to get what you need out of it, to teach others to use it and to share what needs to be shared... What I do love thee most has to be the Support... anytime there's any issue, whether user error or software error the Support team is always pleasant and willing to help. Cons What I would change is giving admin the opportunity to remove the rejected leave from the system Review Source Response from DataSimplified August 8, 2023 We can definitely look at giving an option for hiding the Rejected leave, at the moment it is kept on the system for audit reasons, since employees need to be able to see the reason for the leave rejection. Even though it was rejected it was still an activity on the system that require historical record keeping. Thanks for giving this valuable insights, we will see how it can be incorporated. Great customer service, friendly and with very quick responses. Pros The Employee database feature. Very important for HR, and this systems allows to keep all the information and documents of a each employee. Cons The Asset management feature that we had available at no additional cost in the previous system, however had to pay for it as an addition or lose it in the new system. Pros Ease of use! No one likes changes, this was so easy to implement and start using. Cons Combining other countries public holidays would be a nice feature to introduce. If we do have any questions or support queries (which is very seldom) they are very quick to respond and their communication has been great. Pros We've been using HR Simplified for over 2 years. The automation of HR Simplified streamlined our HR processes and leave management significantly. As our team grew it was absolutely necessary to have this in place. They've released tons of new features since we first joined. It truly is a nifty, inexpensive tool that I would recommend to any company. Cons Everything about this tool is great. I think the only suggestion that I would make is to notify the admin if a new invoice has been generated along with an attachment of the invoice. The ability to store important employee documents. The system is fairly easy to use, no fuss no complications. Cons The ability for employees to upload certain documents for themselves. We appreciate the positive feedback, and want to also use the opportunity to mention that we are in the process of updating the Employee Self service to include more features for the Employee to update some details themselves. The decision to limit the upload of Documents to only the HR Admin users is one of "quality & standards", where standards are followed when uploading documents and document types. Employees might incorrectly classify documents or update/remove documents that are sensitive in nature. But we will take your suggestion into consideration for future releases. SK Shamieg K. I will highly recommend this product to any start-up or business. Pros This product/software is great even for beginners. I have a small enterprise and never had any way of storing contracts , staff constantly apply for leave on paper and I loose these documents easily. Keeping track of leave application staff contracts or any other doctors note. This Software will help you on you business journey as it is doing for us. Cons I like everything it has to offer.
