geen voor de klant klant bijna niet te doen wordt niet over nagedacht dat er ook oudere mensen zijn

de manier van verificatie dat je verplicht bent om een mobiel te heb en

Pros

API documentation was nice to work with, product worked as expected. Sandbox environment with good uptime!

Cons

Had a few minor issues with sections of the API documentation at the time (has since been rectified).

Very proactive company, however I felt they underestimated how a large complex organisation that I work for takes a long time to go through various delivery gates. I guess it was a big learning curve on both sides.

Pros

The employees seem to really want to help deliver the product. The Onfido staff seemed to be much more approachable than other staff in other companies which was a key factor

Cons

Possibly not enough staff although they did listen to our concerns about staffing levels in certain areas and tried to mitigate it as best as they could. I feel the Onfido did always listen.

### "Onfido not good for startups needing mobile SDK"

Pros

Simplicity of the app was amazing and the invitation for users to verify their ID . It was my preferred device until I ask them to allow us to use the mobile SDK .

Cons

Don’t ask them about their Mobile SDK if you are building a mobile app . Things get messy in their terms of use . They want you to pay $10,000 and you loose the money if there is very little users and if you go above the $10,000 then they ask for money . Everything is designed to make them rich. It is not good for start ups

Reason for choosing Entrust IDV

Previously they were good because we didn’t use their SDK so it was a pay as you go contract . Last year when I wanted to switch to their mobile SDK they said I need to deposit money and I loose it if I don’t use all my credit

Pros

Easy to integrate with and get results back via a modern API

Cons

Integration could still be improved in regards to docs, ie 'Frequently used' example calls/responses would be ideal to get people straight into development
