### "The Great App"

December 13, 2024

5.0

My overall experience with Nucleus has been predominantly favourable, especially regarding its functionality and adaptability.

Pros

One of the aspects I appreciate most about Nucleus is its intuitive interface, which effectively simplifies and consolidates a range of business operations.

Cons

One aspect of Nucleus that I find least favourable is its potential intricacy regarding customization and configuration.

### "The Premiere Choice for Church Web Development"

July 12, 2023

5.0

Pros

After some experience with other web platforms (wix, Squarespace, Clover Sites, etc.) Nucleus Web has consistently provided the best possible product, especially with their new Web2 platform, they've developed amazing new tools that help with not only creating a highly-customizable website, but also a website that can be easily managed by a team of people -all with different levels of permissions. The quality of the output vs. the ease of use for a volunteer team makes this product a no brainer for almost any church.

Cons

I have had very VERY few frustrations with Nucleus, their support team is out-of-this-world and they have treated our church in particular extremely well. I've never felt let down by the team, but the only thing that has consistently irritated me about the product is a lack of integrations with other software platforms, such as Planning Center or Mailchimp, specifically in the area of people/database management. For now at least, those three platforms exist separately and maintain their own people databases without syncing across, which causes a lot of extra work for church communications to make sure that everyone is included in an email campaign or to ensure we have someone's correct contact info.

### "The Gold Standard for Digital Church Strategy"

July 10, 2023

5.0

Pros

First is their philosophy. Everything they do is based on research and accurate data. They pivot when the data changes and they communicate the “why” with excellence. This makes for excellent customer service. I have never worked with a better team of people. Every company band organization is going to have an issue arise. Nucleus also goes above and beyond to resolve any issues we’ve had. And believe me, they have been minor and minimal. Finally, the product. There is nothing quite like Nucleus and no digital church company more generous. While they make a product and run a business, it is kingdom first, always.

Cons

The cost can be a bit of a stretch for us as a church of 60 people but their generosity and scholarship have made it possible. Getting in in their early pricing has also made the goal more accessible.

### "I love Nucleus!!!"

July 10, 2023

5.0

It has simple and easy flows for guest to work through and if easy to navigate. I believe this is incredible important to keep people coming back to us our website over and over again.

Pros

Nucleus was easy to integrate and use for our team of volunteers. This is so important for us being a small church. I would highly recommend this to any church both small or large.

Cons

So far I have not found anything that I dislike about nucleus. It is a great platform!

### "Nucleus 2 Review"

July 11, 2023

5.0

Pros

I absolutely love using Nucleus! It's such a game-changer. It brings so many benefits that make our lives easier and help us connect better with our congregation. One of the best things is how it simplifies stuff like organizing next steps with Flows. And can do so even with no coding or technical skills. The interface is user-friendly, and the customizable sections is making our website look amazing. Plus, we can send targeted emails to specific groups with Messages, keeping everyone in the loop. Also Nucleus Giving makes collecting donations a breeze.

Cons

Though it has a lot of their features it's not exactly a full-blown Church Management System (CMS). This con is not really their fault but there are so many features that can set up expectations that is is a full CMS. It's like a supercharged version that has many CMS-like capabilities, but it may not have all the deep options a CMS has but Nucleus still comes pretty close to being a comprehensive CMS and offers a powerful toolkit to boost church operations and engagement.

Reason for choosing Nucleus

While the features were great it was the people and seeing the passion they have to follow what Christ has shown them even when there were avenues they could have gone down that could have made them much more profitable in the short term.

### "Quality Website Design"

July 10, 2023

5.0

Pros

I chose Nucleus over many other well known website creators. Using Nucleus is a must in my opinion for smaller churches. With the ease of creating a website without coding background, it provides a sleek website that is easy to manage.

Cons

I can’t think of anything negative to say about Nucleus.

There isn’t a church focus. It doesn’t make sense for churches to use because the features don’t align with church needs.

### "Nucleus is and exciting update for our church"

July 11, 2023

5.0

I really like it although I'm still in the set-up stage.

Pros

I love how fast and mobile-first the platform is. I have used everything ( I mean everything ) for our church site, Every platform you can imagine and yet my expectations have always fallen a little flat. Nucleus has so much of the ease of use, customization, photo filters and galleries that I have been looking for with an added prayer wall that works and the "flows" for communication and quick navigation of our views to get exactly where they want and quickly! The flows are the most exciting feature for me and even though I am still in the trial I am looking forward to working with Nucleus for our church long-term.

Cons

I love so much about the site but a few features I wish you had were: More 1-click themes that include global styling, RSS feed for podcasts, and maybe I missed it since I'm still setting up but a great looking video page for our sermons that will automatically update from youtube and a good live section for our broadcast.

### "Nucleus is da bomb!"

February 7, 2020

5.0

We use Nucleus as our central hub for our business. It is used for all types of communications within our organization. From announcements to reservations to sign-ups to general knowledge. We can even use it as our given platform. (Which the nucleus company made sooooo simple)

Pros

From the moment Nucleus was beginning to roll out, we were on board. It is the perfect solution to incorporate into your business when trying to keep up with today's culture and shift in communications. The plus is that it is easy to use for everyone. From the backend (creating the website) to the front end where are users can easily navigate our website. I love how it is so crisp/clear across all platforms. Finally, we can't say enough about the personal touch. The developers are awesome. If you have a question about anything, their response time is awesome. What company in this day and age, actually responds? Nucleus does. They are one of our team members!

Cons

My own inability to write code. However, if I need one, the team will supply it.

Reason for choosing Nucleus

Use of ease. Cost. What we gambled on was the Nucleus company themselves. They made promises about the product's ease of use and how they would be available to help if needed. They have more than kept their promises. We highly recommend this company just on the fact that they stand behind their word!

### "Worth it for every size of church "

July 10, 2023

5.0

I have loved it since day 1. Support has always been there when I needed it. Building a new page takes so much less time than it would with my old website provider.

Pros

The ease and ability to create a beautiful website without needing experts in the church. Small churches/church plants don’t always have someone like that available.

Cons

Honestly, there’s just SO MUCH they do that it’s hard to keep up with the newest update or feature. What a great problem to have.

### "A one stop shop for online engagement "

July 11, 2023

I’ve had such an incredible experience working with the nucleus team and their product. Highly recommended for churches both large and small!

Pros

I love how the team at nucleus have developed a product that is easy to use and maintain. Even a novice like me now has a professional looking online presence that communicates to our community.

Cons

There is nothing to not like. We are so happy we decided to engage and work with the nucleus team.

### "Nucleus is the best Church Website platform!"

February 7, 2020

5.0

One of the best experience with Nucleus has been the ability to create a form for people to respond & sign up for events, etc. We also like that it allowed us to create a one-stop site for people to connect with us and us with them.

Pros

I like the way the end product looks: we have a functional website that is easy for people to navigate and find out the information they are looking for. The card-based design results in a very user-friendly and device-adaptable format. It is adaptable to almost any situation that we need to either post information or to gather responses. Nucleus is easy to learn to use, and the customer support is fantastic. They are always right there to help us solve a technical issue. We are charter 'members', and have loved it from Day 1.

Cons

I don't like that I can't use the Sermon Engine (Library) locations as the link to a Sermon Page/Card - I have to store the audio file off site, copy/paste that URL, etc. Since Sermon Engine is a direct upload of the audio file, why can't it be the source on a Sermon Card. When I post the weekly sermon, it involves creating 3 different web pages: the storage website, the Nucleus Sermon Card, and the Nucleus Sermon Engine. Watching for better integration in the future.

### "Church related software & support that is ahead of it's time."

February 6, 2020

4.0

Before we joined Nucleus, our website was a static page that hadn't been updated in 5 years. There was no reason for our own members to ever check in because nothing ever changed. It was effective at one thing though, creating a sad first impression for newcomers looking for a church home. We will never know how many people came to our old website and were quickly turned away due to outdated information and stock photos. Nucleus has been a breath of fresh air.

Pros

The simplicity is unbeatable. For the price, there is nothing like it. I am one of 2 staff members at a small rural church with little to no budget for anything website or media related. The services which Nucleus offers are constantly improving. Not to mention their incredibly friendly and effective staff that are there to help you every step of the way.

Cons

There are of course downsides to any software. The main thing I have seen is the trade-off of creative freedom in the formatting on the part of the administrator. In other website builders, you will have countless templates, where currently there is only one format for your Nucleus site. This is a minor downside when you consider the clean, modern, and simple user experience. Something that is missing from most church websites.

### "Nucleus’ price tag is justified and then some."

July 11, 2023

5.0

For a relatively premium price tag Nucleus delivers a premium website building and user experience alongside beyond premium customer support. Although they generously free tools usable across other website platforms I chose to buy into their whole ecosystem and because I’ve seen it serve other churches very well and believe it will do the same for ours.

Pros

Nucleus made setting up my church’s website incredibly intuitive and manageable for a first timer like me. It has plenty of features that we are excited to grow into in the future. Their customer support team is second to none and they have a robust and helpful user community (in collaboration with Nucleus) as well.

Cons

It’s one of the (if not THE) priciest website options I explored.

Pros

Nucleus is the real deal! Their easy-to-use website builder, unlimited video library, and follow-up system called "flows" have completely transformed our church's digital presence. They've made it a breeze to upload sermons, engage with our congregation, and create an impressive online platform. We're beyond thrilled with Nucleus and their exceptional services.

### "Watch your church engagement go through the roof!"

February 6, 2020

5.0

We replaced our mobile app with Nucleus as soon as it launched because it better fit our mission of being a church for those not here yet. The mobile app required an installation...um...not guest-friendly! Our engagement and signups are through the roof and we use a lot less paper. Cannot recommend Nucleus enough...for any size church!

Pros

### "The best church platform on the market"

July 10, 2023

5.0

Using Nucleus has been a great and educational experience. The Nucleus team have been amazing with assisting in setting up our church site and it never feels like anything is too complicated to understand.

Pros

Easy to navigate and manage. The layouts and design look great on all platforms. Next steps pop ups allow people to see what’s most important on the site and forms are very easy to users to complete

Cons

website, online giving, donor management

Pros

We started with Nucleus as a website management product. Then when they moved to online giving, they saved us so much money - the change paid for itself and the other products many times over.

Cons

This is not really a negative because they haven't promised this as a feature. I wish it were also our Church Management System. They are so good at the other products I can only imagine they would be the best in business at this as well.

### "Platform for Churches"

July 10, 2023

I love it!

Pros

It’s designed with churches in mind. There are other platforms who give the ability to create websites, but are not tailored for the church context. Nucleus does it.

Cons

### "Vital Growth"

February 4, 2020

5.0

As a small church (nonprofit 501c3) ...We desperately needed to connect with culture in an unforseen and uncharted way. We did not have the budget to add a media team or even 1 singular media "person". This tool...WEAPON is probably a more pertinent description...Nucleus is the most innovative and relevant "attack" on this gap that exists between a rapidly changing technological culture and the church world that has, at times, lost herself in the shuffle. We are in the midst of the biggest communication shift in 500 years...since the printing press...YOU NEED NUCLEUS!

Pros

User friendly Esthetically seamless Elegant and smooth operation. Best customer service out there. Period... This software has been the single, most important addition to our organization in 20 years without question. By adding this software to our arsenal, it saved 10s of 1000s of dollars in staff and personnel costs. If you don't have this in your toolbelt...if Nucleus vy Pro Church Tools isn't being utilized by your administration...I literally have no idea what you're doing!

Cons

To our organization...there are literally no cons for us whatsoever.

Reason for choosing Nucleus

Because Nucleus is better. It just is...It's like comapring a AAA Rayovac battery (everyone else) to a nuclear reactor (Nucleus) ...minus the Chernobyl thing!

Cons

### "Making a Volunteer Look Like Full-Time Staff"

February 4, 2020

Pros

Nucleus makes professional appearance take seconds. In a rapidly growing church plant of 300, we need a robust system, but don’t have the ability to have dedicated staff. Nucleus allows my time as a volunteer to create a beautiful and powerful website. The integrations work flawlessly allowing max flexibility. Aside from the phenomenal website capabilities, the media provided allows our reach to exceed far what we could have ever imagined.

Cons

### "Makes quality web design (and more) achievable for churches"

July 10, 2023

5.0

Pros

I love that Nucleus empowers churches with the tools they need to navigate the online/digital world. Their products are robust, but still user-friendly to people with less experience in changing technology. Their customer service is top-of-the-line, and they are transparent. \[sensitive content hidden\] and others are great at educating their customers about the industry and tips through their video series and podcast. You can tell they have a heart for the local church in all they do.

Cons

Nucleus 2 is feature-rich, and it's constantly being updated (a good thing), but that makes it a little overwhelming to look at the scope of what's possible to do versus what we actually need to do. So it can be daunting to start out, but the help articles are very thorough.

### "Running w/ a TEAM that is ahead of the curve in the ever changing Social World was the Game Changer!"

February 7, 2020

5.0

The problem we faced as a company was we kept telling people to visit us, come to us. Nucleus helped us easily ENGAGE with our customers/people/friends & really do what social platforms are intended for us to be SOCIAL.

Pros

What I like MOST about this software is that it's Mobile first. The company realizes that every user is going to experience its desired destination on their mobile device first. You can see it in every decision Nucleus makes with their services. So not only do they have us in mind as the customer but they also have our target audience in mind as well. That says a lot about Nucleus.

Cons

What I like LEAST about this software. I was going to say cost at first but with all the services they keep adding on they cleared up the Cons list. Seriously.
