Nucleus has helped us with our giving, media resources for social media, and establish a prayer wall for our church. The flows feature helps with sign ups. Also, they have lots of free resources. I encourage you to check them out.

Pros

What I like most the innovation that \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his team have. They try to stay out front in what is happening in the church world.

Cons

Really do not have any cons at this time.

Pros

This team has created something completely built around the needs of churches. It’s simplicity allows any of our staff to immediately create the tool they need that week.

Cons

It’s simplicity sometimes means I can’t customize completely, but I’ve always been happy with my results.

Great customer service. Solid mission. Highly recommended for teams that don’t have a designated web developer.

Pros

Cost. Very affordable. Usage. Very easy to learn how to use. Sermons.

Cons

Because it’s basic drag and drop, it lacks some key features we’d like or have had before in a website.

Pros

I like that Nucleus is very easy to use and the "card"/ "page" structure is very intuitive. The fact that it was built with mobile in mind first was really appealing, as we occasionally encourage our church members to go on their phones during the service. I also like the sermon engine setup.

Cons

I wish there were more features, but the Nucleus team has been consistently updating the platform, which makes me confident that features will improve!

Customer service has been great, informative, and empathetic. The patience and professionalism with troubleshooting along with a great personality makes it welcoming to provide any question big, small, difficult, or easy.

Pros

Perfect for providing the features a church needs for a successful web site and presence.

Cons

Some of the template options seem limited but I’ve seen growth in the platform as it matures from its infancy. The platform keeps improving over the years making the investment worth it every day.

Pros

Super easy to setup and use. Easy to navigate for the user. Tons of features and Company keeps innovating to release new features.

Cons

It’s not flashy. I realize that it’s not the intended purpose though. Not much flexibility in creating a page.

Nucleus is simple to use, clean, and focused. It helps us clearly communicate our mission and vision to those who are seeking. Designed for mobile platforms, it easily adjusts to every size window, looking great on every device. Thanks to its sleek design and easy functionality, we got rid our app. Between the removal of the app and the former website host, Nucleus saves us nearly $150 monthly!

Cons

As a newer product, it still has some limitations in customization. These are things I'm confident they are actively improving.

Nucleus is so easy, anyone who knows how to navigate Facebook could build a website with Nucleus. In churches, this is important because many pastors and admin assistants have no website building or editing experience.

Haven't really even needed much customer service yet, but I know \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the team are well-thought of in my industry. I haven't even scratched the surface of what they provide yet!

Pros

Their content is great and is growing by the day! The sustainability of a scenes-based stock footage site is limited only by the content they put out. In fact, working in scenes helps a lot because church content creation revolves around thematic building--so having twenty angles of the same subject helps more than just finding a single clip of stock footage. I can build an entire bumper video from one scene if it fits! Loving their service so far, and I think they have far more than what I use it for!

Cons

The model of stock video being in scenes does have its limitations as to its BREADTH of content available to a user. I.E., they don't ALWAYS have just what I need. But most of the time, they do. And even better, I have far more content to use when I do find the scene that I need.

I really don't like that some things just aren't as customizable without serious coding magic.

Pros

The platform is very easy to set up and use. The people behind it are super supportive and truly focussed on what is best for Church ministries. These guys know their stuff. RebelGive has the lowest giving fees I have seen anywhere, and with their platform, the church gets ALL of the donation. We are not sharing it with a processing company. The Nucleus site is simple to use and makes a beautiful, card-based website that looks as great on mobile screens as it does on the desktop...in fact, I'd say it probably looks better on mobile screens. Can't say enough good.

Cons

The ONLY thing I wish I could do now that I can't is embed video for the site / page header image, BUT as I understand it, that too is coming soon in an update.

Nucleus has allowed myself and a couple of others that have little to no skills at website building, create a very functional and good looking website. Along with educating us along the way. Which has been fun and exciting. The Nucleus team is fun spirited and full knowledge and willing to share that knowledge and assists us along the way.

Pros

I have worked on a few of other website building programs and of them all I find Nucleus to be the easiest to work and maintain. I actually enjoy working on our website inset was of enduring the pain of having to work on the site.

Cons

Considering my website building skills are slim at best I haven’t found cons as of yet. Except the fact I wished I knew more about coding myself. But that is a different story all in itself.

The ease of of pulling together the pieces I want and leaving behind the things I don’t want. I can add and subtract content as I wish and can give it the look and feel I prefer.

There is a learning curve to going in and figuring out what pieces go where and how to make the system capture the information you need it to.

I love the software. It helps you build a fantastic website very quickly. Additionally, all the perks that come with your account are an added bonus.

Pros

The thing I like most about Nucleus is how easy it is to create a website without having to read the instruction manual. It's very simple and intuitive to use.

Cons

I like to have advanced customization of my website and there are some advanced customizations that are lacking. However, the development team behind Nucleus is more probably going to be releasing these very soon.
