Great!

Pros

It's easy to use for somebody without design knowledge and it's also very easy to keep up with a clean look overall.

Cons

I can't really think about anything atm. because we started building our portal a couple months ago. So far so good.

Pros

What I love about this platform is the templates and the ease of set up. I also love that I can update on the fly over mobile. The sermon engine is great and the value of all that comes with your subscription is high.

Cons

I have trouble getting my HTML codes to show up using the HTML block. This could be user error though.

This showed me how fast something can be built and lets me have more time to focus on aspects outside of nucleus

Pros

You don’t have to worry about not being Uber creative to create a great looking website and social posts. You barely have to do 20% of the work to get it going.

Cons

If you’re actually really creative, it’s so simple it actually a little difficult because you have preconceived ideas where things should be. If you’re used to building your own websites and use other builders, take the time to learn this one.

For a small church like mine, I usually end up wearing a ton of different hats. I’m also one of the few in our congregation that understands (even remotely) how websites work, so I carry the sole responsibility for all things current. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team have created a product that saves me both time AND money. For a smaller church this is HUGE! Whenever I have questions I get a less-than 24hr turnaround on every request - it’s like I’m their only client when it’s very evident I’m not. Needless to say, Nucleus has been a lifesaver for me and my church.

Pros

Ease of use and responsiveness of the team.

Cons

Nothing really lacking in my estimation.

Just when I think I’ve found something I didn’t like, they release an update that provides a solution!

Nearly flawless experience. The customer support has been outstanding. Anytime I have an issue, its been handled quickly

Pros

I love the social media and video content! Also, the customer support is top notch.

Cons

My only con is that I'm not necessarily a fan of the Nucleus web platform. I prefer a more customized look for my church.

Pros

Pros

Easy to use. Click and point. Preset templates. The email server works great.

Cons

The same ease of use features make it difficult to customize. The odd time I want to remove something from a page template or change how it looks, and that's a bit hard. Can still use custom CSS lines for most features.

Nucleus was the first company I used to set up our new ministry website.

Pros

I liked the fact that Nucleus was so easy to set up. I liked the ease of integrating options within Nucleus.

Cons

The thing that I liked least about Nucleus was the cost. As a small and independent ministry, the cost is everything. Nucleus proveds to be just too expensive for us.

Holy Trinity Burford didn’t have a website prior to Nucleus, and I was looking for a Canadian solution, easy to use by the next Parish Council who may not have robust computer proficiency.

Pre-filled cards w/ stock photos & content

Cons

Editing my photos but had help from Nucleus staff, so patient and kind

Love it. We’re using it for all of our small groups which has been great and yeah we love It. Anyone can learn to use this. I sincerely believe that.

Pros

I found this software on youtube I believe, since they have an amazing YouTube channel. I designed our website and I loved how simple and fun it was to use it. And help was super quick through the bottom right hand corner chat bubble. It made the process sooo much more relaxing and enjoyable.

Cons

Hmmm probably the price - it’s a bit pricey haha
