Pros Nitrosell works seamlessly with our existing POS and the setup was quite easy. We trained our staff to use it in minutes. Cons The only cons were being in Canada, our payment processing options were somewhat limited. Manager Retail Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Basic" November 21, 2020 3.0 It basic for a startup but long term it is not sustainable. Pros Its straight forward, can be used easily through POS systems. Cons Lacks some of the basic features that all of their competitors have in abundance such as the ability to download and print a combined pick list for all orders instead of individual pick lists for all orders. The interface for generating products is not user friendly and having simple buttons like turn off/on are titled true or false for some reason? Team is always willing to answer any questions. New features are constantly being rolled out. Cons Although help files are available, it can be occasionally be difficult finding the right file on your own. Although most will probably be able to use the product with minimal effort, it may be more difficult for those who are not as technologically savvy. Online, Amazon, Ebay and Brick & Mortar Great Customer Service Knowledgeable Support SEO and SEM and Social Media Marketing services are available Cons Monthly fees can add up if you are utilizing many or all of Nitrosell's services but the benefits should outweigh the expenses as long as you give it enough time to let their services work. June 11, 2021 4.0 a very positive overall experience & hopefully will be using it for years to come! Pros the integration with our existing EPOS was key to choosing NitroSell. It was easy. Really found software user friendly & love the fact that have so much control over text & images & design etc. Cons would say the most frustrating thing for me was when using PAM to upload changes, add products etc if there was a retail sale of item in filter I was updating, when I go to commit the changes, because some information has changed I loose everything that I've being updating even though the changes only involve one item.... so commit changes very very frequently when updating!
