It will eventually help us to resolve a lot of obstacles when it comes to appraisal/evaluation cycles. Pros I like how user friendly and thoughtful it is, there were a lot of functions that can be utilised and will definitely help the management in terms of organizing the employees files and data. Cons Performance Module. I like the module but a lot of learnings are needed in order to figure out how to leverage the systems until its best. March 31, 2023 5.0 Pros As an Admin Assistant, I am responsible for managing the timesheets of our part-time workers. Briohr's time tracking module has made this task incredibly simple and efficient. The module is easy to use and allows us to track the hours worked by our part-time workers accurately. It also provides a range of features and tools that have helped us to streamline our time tracking process. I particularly like the dashboard feature, which allows me to view all the timesheets at a glance and easily identify any discrepancies or errors. Pros The performance management module is a game changer in my opinion: throughout my career I've noticed that companies performance management process is lengthy, clunky and leaves room for bias. BrioHR performance management module address these points: it's smartly designed for both the employees and managers, has a user-friendly interface, and is configurable. It benefits all in terms of time saved on this administrative but essential HR activity: the employee, the manager and ultimately the employer. Cons I haven't found any downside using BrioHR. On the contrary, I think this software addresses some of the biggest pain points stemming from HR activities in the industry today. I am happy with the effort made to constantly adapt to the requirements of the client, which is never easy. Pros the variety of modules for HR, all in one place. Makes it much more convenient for me. The customer support-as I am anew user with lots of questions, I have been able to receive lots of support as promised. My feedback and suggestions have always been taken into account in order to improve the software and also to customise it according to my needs. Cons There are some features which need to be tweaked to make it more user friendly. However, the other problems that pop up from time to time are always well responded from your team! And this is very assuring that we get good and quick response whenever we are stuck with or have a problem. Pros Payroll features simplify my job from the manual Excel that I used to work on. The software saves time and it has that interesting look with colors and symbols that inspire, especially on the Leave Module which again is so useful without having to count pro-rated leave manually. It is instant and the calendar is also very useful to see staff leave at one glance. Cons The Tax calculation always varies from month to month. It seems there are 2 ways to calculate them from the LHDN; one is based on MTD and the other one is e-MTD which is the option I saw when I submit our monthly PCB to LHDN via FPX payment. To smooth things out, we may need to opt in to your integration where we instruct the bank to pay automatically every month on the MTD/PCB to staff. Do not know if this is the answer.
