Overall we've seen increase in efficiencies and productive of our inside and outside teams. Simplification of processes like dispatch, scheduling, & billing have really made us able to focus our customers and not our systems.

Pros

Features we like most about the product and services is their responsiveness as a team. When they say they will do something or make changes needed, they are super responsive and often times these changes happen within minutes, not days or week. On bigger projects they seem to under promise and over deliver on their releases and updates. They are amazing at communicating with our team and progress of everything they are involved in. They feel like a part of our team.

Cons

We currently use the United App for moving estimates and pricing, and have not switched to Supermove estimating software yet, because we prefer United Van Lines proprietary software at this time. We will be switching after peak season as they have asked us what changes need to happen for us to switch and expect those changes to be completed very soon.

Their flexibility to work with us and create a product that meets our needs.

Overall the experience has been awesome! Great partners in helping provide solutions and very timely in reacting to issues.

Pros

Global visibility and the ability to align all aspects of my company 1- Clear ease icon and navigation 2- Reduction in paperwork 3- Tablet usage and GPS and Time tracking

Cons

1- Notifications need a lot of work 2- Not Apple compatable and no APP on the App Store 3- Lack of customization 4- Need better operations and dispatch visibility- You can only view Monthly and Daily--- need a weekly view

Reason for choosing Supermove

Scope and Scale of the product and the potential I see in the development of the product. In addition I enjoyed their leadership team who really showed a passion to make this product best in class.

Don't like this software

Pros

Strictly based on accounting - this software is ineffective

Cons

Their reports and payroll. Each module in fact does not seem to be working effectively. Features don't seem to cohesively connect. Too much trial and error and the fees we paid this company does not justify the delivery of this product.

### "Supermove - Your Neighbors Moving and Storage "

It was/is a project to switch over from one CRM to another and to be honest most of us operators hate the idea of doing so but the Supermove staff really made it as easy as possible. I initially went with the best deal (financially speaking) when I was looking at a CRM and within the same year of signing up with another CRM (cheap isn't good and good isn't' cheap), I found myself shopping and doing demos looking for a new company before the calendar year ended. It was a chore but I'm glad I finally settled here.

Pros

It's effective and simple to use. Most importantly it's saved a lot of time, especially for my drivers.

Cons

Hard to say as I'm still relatively new to using the CRM. I'll have to come back to this in the future.

Truthfully, way more value than even I anticipated.

Pros

It is the closet thing magic. Life as an owner operator is 1000x easier now. the efficiency is equivalent to hiring 5 humans. Professional in an archaic old school business Incredible employees… I can go on and on

nothing yet and from the looks of it I don’t for see any issues

I struggled initaly with the layout and functionality. Being a low tech person, I wasn't used to some of the diy options like variables. I am mostly satisfied as I learn more about how to use the software.

Pros

I like how supermove intergrates with google maps within the job screens. Letting us customize our communications is very imortant as well. I can't lie, I also appreciate the affordability.

Cons

Some of the automations are limited. The functionality is a little lagging too. We need more button functions for instance to lead to booked button.

Amazing

Pros

They are not your typical software provider that put all emphasis on sales and comes up short on customer service. If you are looking for a product that works and people who stand behind it. Look no further

Cons

I’d like a drivers daily log and vehicle inspection report to be integrated into software. Very important feature for all movers . Can’t imagine a mover who wouldn’t find tremendous value and having these things all in one place . Since it’s something that’s done daily and so important to us. It’s an easy add on. Hopefully supermove takes this seriously and puts this to work.

The older version, super easy to use. However I understand changes and updates on Super Moves platform.

Great experience overall! I enjoy the system and the staff at Supermove.

Pros

Customer service is Top Notch! Anytime I have a question Customer Service is there for me and always has the answers!

Cons

95% of the time you can't get a customer service agent when you call, they usually call back hours later so the issue at hand can't be addressed.

It might be due to my role as an IT, but I find the automation features the most helpful inside of Supermove. Workflows has had a huge impact on our streamlining manual tasks for our sales team.

Cons

Responsiveness of the customer service team has been an issue up until now. When it comes to implementing a fix, or responding to questions it hasn't always been the most smooth.

We have been working with Supermove for almost 1 year now. Their staff are excellent and always readily available to answer questions. The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], is never opposed to getting involved and getting his hands dirty to help out clients, which is always appreciated as a small business.

Pros

Getting rid of paper BOL's and paper timesheets was very important for the company. Having our crews out in the field with tablets, and being able to communicate with customers inside the app has also been very helpful

Cons

The "environment" as they call it is not prefabbed when you sign up for the software, and it has taken several months to get it where we need it to be, and it's still not at 100% functionality for us.

The ability to customize our environment and the features that they offer were above other softwares.

Overall i have had a very positive and mutual beneficial relationship with the software and team. Would highly recommend

Pros

Very easy transition from outdated paper system to simple digital system. Reduced workload, increased productivity, super quick customer/billing lookup. With supermove I am able to handle all filing, crew assignments, contracts, and bookings without an office staff and in way less time than before.

Cons

I would suggest adding small icon indicators that signal certain job requirements such as storage, packing, appliances and pianos. I have found that these item sometimes get overlooked. Also bad cell service can hinder functionality but not really a fault of the software.

Pros

Job calendar and estimate calendar separation. Many features to use.

Cons

Tablet required, unable to print estimates in pdf form, unable to mark lead as not accepted. Have to just cancel it from the calendar.

This software has made my life 10 times easier.
