Es ist für einen Veranstalter, der zum ersten Mal einen Event komplett online abhält, eine große Erleichterung zu erkennen, dass mit egocentric sämtliche Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen abgedeckt werden. Der Grad der individuellen Anpaasung ist erstaunlich hoch. Auch die Einbindung verschiedener Zahlsysteme funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Monitoring ist dann noch einmal ein echter Hammer. Man hat den Ticketverkauf voll unter Kontrolle.

Cons

Ich vermisse rein gar nichts. Klar ist, dass man sich mit dem System beschäftigen muss. Aber die Tutorials aber auch der persönliche Support am Telefon sind super.

Pros

The support from egocentric is just incredibly nice, helpful and quick. We can now easily and quickly plan our events and offer our tickets. Our old system was extremely manual and now everything is automated.

Cons

So far we have not been able to find anything that particularly bothers us or couldn´t been fixed by support.
