With other software, i had to enter invoices manually. Corpay allows me to scan bulk invoices at one time. I also appreciate Corpay offers several payment methods. Although credit card is convenient, many of my customers were thrilled about the ACH feature. Cons Sometimes the ACH payments are delayed, but i understand this is to prevent fraud. It is really easy to use and a their automation flows saves a lot of time in a standard process. Having used the service for some time now we have always met a dedicated and responsive customer service team to help us with the few questions we have had. Having many international vendors their wire payment from inside the system has really been a gamechanger and saves a lot of time. Pros The ability and easiness to design dedicated approval flows for different employees. Automation of simple payments International payments from inside the system Cons Their analytic options are still light but certain that will be developed further in the future.
