### "Payhawk makes simple what before was a headache"

My experience with Payhawk is very good, before I was using other softwares like Captio which were not working very well and the Artificial Intelligence failed a lot. With Payhawk is different, the ticket reading is simple and fast and the creation of reports and expenses is almost on live. I have a 200 EUR prepaid card which is always ready just for some regular shopping on stores or even Amazon which is very fast for the business.

Pros

No more ticketing control, no more saving papers that you can lose. Just take pictures of the tickets while travelling or buying some stuff for work and that's all. The AI will read all data and will introduce all numbers and dates into the app to make the automatic report. For my company, I have 200 EUR prepaid card just for regular shopping or when one day travelling so it's very convenient.

Cons

There are no much cons actually, everything is quite visual and easy to follow. You need a short training at the beginning to understand all features but the rest is smooth.

The company just changed it because the approval time was very high and the ticket reading (by an artificial intelligence) was not very accurate and there were always issues.

Onboarding promise to be more helpful, but you have to figure out almost everything by your own.

Type of pricing (subscription based) and the fact that encourages it's use by the money back program. Other alternatives price more if you use it more which is not interesting at all.

The overall experience has been pleasant

Pros

The ability to place limits on cards and introduce spendature policies for different team members. The system also automatically blocks cards when employees do not upload receipts, which means everyone keeps on top of this because they do not want their card blocked!

Cons

I would have preferred the ability for a 'pocket function' to allow employees to pay back money that is outside company policies. Currently we need to dock these amounts from payroll,

Notifications on the platform are terrible.

9.5/10 - their customer service is quite responsive, the cards are compatible with google pay/ wallet as well

Pros

easy to use, great for a business, really ideal payment solution, the reimbursement feature is nice to have

Cons

chasing employees for receipts, but that's more an issue with the employees than the service. Would be great to have reimbursement requests go directly to a separate tab as they can get lost

Overall - great experience, Payhawk as a product has improved over the last few years so we are happy with this SaaS.

Pros

Its easy to use and the app is great. Integration with NetSuite works well too as well as the platform overall is user friendly.

Cons

No USD bank to bank transfers yet, sometimes there are bugs with integrations. When they update cards - theres no easy way to move subscriptions.

Very satisfying, as main features are easily accessible.

Pros

The UI is very intuitive. Creating expenses is a quick process, so us users can go straight to the point.

Cons

Creting virtual credit cards takes some time. It's not something bad though, as it just works different from other sites like Spendesk.

It's easy to put up my invoices and tell my employer to pay what is due. It's a no-brainer.

Cons

Until I get paid, the invoice gets marked red as I'm waiting instead of having a certain notification that it's in the approval process.

Overall its quite simple and easy use of claiming expenses. So far i had no bugging, and even tho i return back and forth few times everything was kept. Big congrats on this!

Pros

I like that is really simple to use. Even tho i am strugling with German it was not that hard. So far its really easy to ask for expenses and the app itself does allot of work for you.

Cons

I didnt like that even tho i switched to English. My suboptions are still on German. Once you change to English everything should be on English.

Pros

The customer support team is always prompt and efficient in answering any queries or concerns we may have. The integration with Xero is seamless and works very quickly. It saves a lot of time and effort when it comes to managing our finances and processing our month end. Payhawk also encourages employees to submit their receipts, saving us time from chasing them. Throughout our experience, we have not come across any problems or issues when it comes to making payments through Payhawk. The entire process has been smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to easily settle invoices and manage our finances efficiently. Overall, our experience with Payhawk has been outstanding and we highly recommend them.

Cons

One important area for improvement for Payhawk is streamlining the approval process for invoices. Currently, the system requires individual approval for each invoice, which can be time-consuming. Implementing a bulk approval feature would be a significant enhancement, allowing users to approve multiple invoices at once and saving them valuable time and effort.
