So far, the system looks extremely promising. We haven't had it in place for very long. The support response time has been good, but since the support team resides overseas, I do have to typically wait until the next day for a response.

Pros

I love not having to chase employees down for receipts.

Cons

A lot of employees seemed to struggle with activating their cards. I feel like it was probably user error, but it was inconvenient.

Pros

Different virtual bank accounts on Payhawk for each employee. Easy to manage and transfer money.Amazing customer service.

I would add banks cards summary at the beginning.

For some companies I am the administrator, for some, just the accounting, the post-sale, and easy customer support make a difference in working with the tool.

Pros

it is an easy tool when you get used to working with it.

Cons

When correcting the fields that were auto-populated it does not accept the correction. It annoys me very much, as I have to try many, many, many times and try to find a way to fool the tool, to read/accept the correct information. (it makes me lose time).

The software is very easy to use. The service & help provided is amazing.

Cons

Sometimes Payhawk thinks it recognized the right supplier. While I have told it multiple times that the supplier has another name. It doesn't seem to 'learn' this.

La acomodación del sistema una vez implantado se hace corta con el asistente, porque en el día a día se tienen muchas cuestiones a resolver o acomodar procesos que luego resultan más tediosos resolver.

La versatilidad para controlar los gastos al momento

Cons

Desglose descontado del dinero que se tenga en cuenta general , es decir que tenga un saldo arrastrado para su mejor control contable.Aviso de que el saldo en cuenta es menor de una cantidad indicada.

Unfortunately if the team says that our requests should work in the system, we test that and it shows that it doesn't work - it would be better if we only get the information that it is done, if it is really done and if it works
