I needed access as my company had added a pre-paid card to use as I'm currently abroad on a business trip. I was told my case had been escalated with high priority but the solving time was too long. I really appreaciate the direct chat with operators, and the fact the response is super quick. Cons The integration between the mobile and web versione could be smoother.
