We are solving so many problems of efficiency within our business. We are empowering our families to have a real tangible part of their loved one's funeral, and we have heard nothing but positive things about their experiences.

Pros

What I like most about Gather is how it can be completely personalized with the needs of our business. The integration with our existing business was a dream.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is that when printing the statements, they print on 2 pages, without being able to adjust to be able to print on 1 page.

We're working with the Gather team to move a few things around to make it easier for our customers to navigate. Customers have complained that we don't have obit's on the sites so we explain that it's now up to the families to get the obit on the page so we've started adding a basic death notice to the page and letting customers know that when the family has completed the obit, it will be posted.

I love that everything is one place and easy to find. Still learning all the features in Gather, but am very happy with everything. So easy once you learn to navigate around. Working with the Gather team to

Customers are having a hard time finding service info. They're not interested in service details as much as looking for service times. Should be higher on the page, not everyone likes to keep scrolling down the page to look for service times & place.

Overall it's a good experience but not the greatest.

Pros

I especially like the livestreaming and the ability to have clients upload their info.

Cons

I don't like that we cannot print out our packages and cannot get adequate reports.

Always easy to work with and easy to use.

Pros

Gather is professional in appearance as well as their customer service. We primarily use their live-stream capabilities and they even monitor the feeds and contact us when the discover an issue. Easy fir the layman to use and implement.

Cons

Wired mics. A wireless mic that could be closer to the speaker would be much better.

It's a bit expensive. You have to enter places in every time, like cemeteries.

Pros

User Friendly for both directors and clients

Cons

I currently do not have any complaints. I have experienced some clients complaining about how they upload photo's, some saying it has been difficult to use or upload. However, this has been a very small number of clients with this experience.

Reason for choosing Gather

The attention to detail they put into their software is amazing. Couldn't ask for a better product to get me through day to day.

Pros

The ease of the system. Being able to add obituaries to the website with just a single step. Allowing families the ability to add pictures and personal information. Livestreaming of services.

Cons

Not having a good spot to put the programs that we generate for families services.

I use this program for educational purposes, and it is extremely easy to use and intuitive. The modern interface translates well for my students.

I don't love the layout of the case management side, it can be hard for me to see what is going on.

I've recently started using gather thru our company. I'm very pleased with the helpfulness of your staff. \[sensitive content hidden\] was amazing to work with. She was very nice and patient teaching me how to use gather.

Pros

Gather is user friendly and very helpful staff members.

Cons

It would be nice to have more themes offered. We live in a rural community. Farming , hunting and different outdoor themes would be nice to have as a feature.
