Cons

The not so bad consequence of EZlife is the potential for limited customization. Cons

All cloud based HRIS main worries is our internet connection. It affects the speed of a system to process.

Reason for choosing EZlife HRIS

One of the standout features of EZlife is its ability to automate many HR processes, which can save organizations significant amounts of time and reduce the risk of errors. For example, the system can automatically calculate and process payroll, manage employee benefits enrollments, and generate compliance reports. On the other hand, we really like their aftersales service.

Overall, needs improvement, complicated to use. For DTR, it would be better if logs/data that reflect on it is accurate. Only approved filings and/or actual logs (in/out) should reflect in the DTR. Suggestion: Whenever there's an update, the users/company should be oriented/advised on what are the changes and not just add some features wherein some of the data is left blank. Also for half required regular hrs is only 4 hrs and no need to count 1 hr lunch break.

Pros

Employees can view their personal/employment details. Also the web bundy to time in and time out is very useful and convenient.

Cons

Overall, needs improvement, complicated to use. For DTR, it would be better if logs/data that reflect on it is accurate. Only approved filings and/or actual logs (in/out) should reflect in the DTR.

Hi Alyssa, Thanks for the review. I endorsed your concern to our tech support. The DTR should only process logs and approved forms. As for the shifts. It is possible to create a 4 hour shift without any break configuration. We can teach you the configurations for this while reviewing the other issue. Regards

Pros

The product is easy to use and implement. During implementation, they can easily migrate all the employee information for just one click. Their support is very good. All your concerns and feedback will be addressed asap. They do system updates from time to time to improve their system more.

Sometimes I feel we are still doing a lot of manual work. a lot of checking because we cannot rely on accuracy. Maybe because we are manufacturing and it's different, we do not have self-service or employee users.

Pros

Bulk upload of deductions because we have canteen and loans

Cons

1\. Some features or wordings are not really HR best practices, such as UT Holiday - no such thing as under time holiday term. 2. It does not detect that the employee is a new hire and hence must not be deducted statutory, we have to manually untick the statutory if less than 1 month, then tick again if the employee should be deducted already. Reply takes too long, I experienced being replied to on chat the following day. Often have bugs and have to inform them and fix them. Every payroll we encounter bugs, last payroll our payslips are mixed up, and different names and different amounts.

Reason for choosing EZlife HRIS

Because during sales presentation they said that they will allocate 1 person for us. and also the view of the system is nice, easy on the eyes

Not fully automated computation of 13th month pay, and Final pay. Also the override function that is currently installed in our company EZLife system.Suggesting to include the fully automatic computation of 13th month pay, final pay and BIR 2316
