Sales Manager Internet Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great tool for monitoring supplier website prices" June 7, 2023 4.0 Overall, this tool was very useful for monitoring supplier prices and prices of my listings on eBay. Pros Great for importing products and monitoring prices on supplier websites. It can automatically adjust the selling price on your store if the price changes on the supplier website. Cons VERO protection system for eBay does not work that well. It blocks some generic products from being uploaded, but some of the products I listed were not flagged by DSM and eventually got removed by eBay. Implementation Consultant Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Not As Reliable As I Hoped It Would Be" May 23, 2023 3.0 Basic features work but it is not that easy to use due to constant bugs. What was really disappointing is the VERO Protection System which did not work in my case and resulted in few of my listing getting removed from eBay. Pros The bulk import tool and rapid lister provide the option of importing products from Aliexpress or other suppliers directly to your eBay store. This feature saves a significant amount of time during the product import process. Additionally, it offers the capability to monitor prices from your suppliers and automatically update your eBay selling prices accordingly. Cons The product import tool has encountered numerous bugs, and one particularly frustrating issue is the delay when adding or removing images.Moreover, VERO Protection System, which is meant to identify trademark and copyright issues with the imported product, does not function effectively. Its purpose is to prevent your listings from being removed by eBay. Unfortunately, in my experience, this feature failed multiple times, resulting in the removal of my listings from eBay. However, I often ran into some errors and had to reupload products from Aliexpress to DSM Tool. Pros I used the DSM bulk import tool which was pretty useful as it allows you to import lots of products at once. In my case, I was uploading 50 products at once. Cons The tool is a bit slow and buggy sometimes. Also, it automatically blocks the import for some products due to trademark issues. I guess this can be useful but in my case it was blocking some generic products as well. Review Source Doris R. However, I often ran into some errors and had to reupload products from Aliexpress to DSM Tool. Pros Rapid lister works pretty well and it’s simple to use. It allows you to quickly import products from Aliexpress to your eBay store and bring over the images from the original Aliexpress listing. Cons When importing products, it will automatically bring over the images from the original listing. Some of those images have watermarks so you need to remove them manually. For some products I needed to upload custom images which was a bit tricky as errors would often occur during the import. Review Source AK Adnan K.
