Very difficult to use and implement. Customer Service was attentive at first--now they will not respond to to requests for a meeting to implement reporting.

Pros

The forms are customizable. We can add and remove items.

Cons

It is not intuitive to use. It is too complicated for volunteer use. Also, there when contacting a repeat client, the data collected from the first contact, disappears so one cannot compare where a person was at a year ago. One should be able to track progress rather than just the short history of outcomes.Also, creating the case first, then the person is just confusing.

I do case Managment for a nonprofit.

Pros

I like the overall layout of . It is nice to have a data base for the students that I work with.

Cons

Creating and closing cases is much more complicated than it needs to be. There needs to be a more intuitive and simple way to open and close cases. Also when I close a case it still shows up with all of my other cases. When I close a case it would be nice if it did not show up with all of my other cases. It would be nice to have a cleaner set up

Some pdf files cannot be uploaded or certain parts of creating a form cannot be manage to include.

Pros

You could upload your own forms and make them.

Cons

It seems something is always not working or changing. Very hard to navigate. Got charged before approving it. Tried to get money back and very rude staff. We had to pay for a whole year when we don't use it because we do not like the services it offers. Never again will we use or recommend.

Reporting is not intuitive; Setting this up (11 months in) has NOT been easy.

Misleading and high sales pressure.

Pros

We were never able to implement it. It was a total waste of our nonprofit funds.

Cons

Sales pushed us to choose the DIY onboarding which was horrible. Several months in of us trying to set it up for out organization, I was told that most organizations that are successful implementing it on their own with just a few hours or training, usually have an “IT Team” to be successful. They knew we have 2.5 employees. Requested assistance from July of 2022 - April 2023. Finally we were provided additional self-help options in April 2023.Request for a partial refund since we were never able to use it for a single client, was denied.

We have appreciated the staff that has been onboarding us and helping us to go live as we navigate the system.

Pros

It is allowing us to compile our information from google drive into another space that makes sharing more accessible between colleagues.

Cons

It is not very user friendly and the time it takes to input information has not reduced at this point - we are still hopeful.

There is a lot to figure out, and I simply have not had the time to learn everything.

This was a horrible experience and a waste of thousands of dollars. Don't be fooled by their great sales pitch!

Pros

We didn't like much about the software. It was very customizable but also extremely confusing!

Cons

I didn't like that we basically had to build it from scratch with very little help from the implementation team.

It looks great and is relatively user-friendly once onboarding is finalized.

Cons

The limited customization options and features. Some features that are missing include multiple choice fields, easier blend between intake and engage, and a way to easily integrate hotline calls.

The opportunity to bring numerous case management tasks into one place with was so appealing. The easy-to-create forms, the customization and excellent customer service (thanks, \[sensitive content hidden\]) has made our integration into Casebook a more positive one.

Cons

Despite the amazing support from \[sensitive content hidden\], we've struggled a bit with the onboarding and set up process. It's taken quite a bit longer than anticipated to structure the system to meet our needs.

They are still working out and customizing to meet our organizations needs but having to input the same tasks under each provider was time consuming.
