Integrating this product into the day to day workings of my business was completely successful! Easy to utilize everyday.

Cons

Overall Enview is super easy to use. The only feedback would be that the website can. be glitchy depending on the time of day you're online but I gather that that is related to troubleshooting issues on the backend.

Pros

We are a small team that represents thousands of businesses across the MSP region. It would have been nearly impossible for us to track all of the state and federal legislation our members care about if we hadn’t had Enview. We got the updates we needed and were able to identify new legislation immediately. Particularly in the virtual world, it was incredibly helpful to have Enview on hand when we were in meetings with members or legislators so we could pull up any information we needed in a manner of seconds.

Cons

While Enview does have the capability to share information and legislation with members, one thing that would be a major added benefit is the ability to send action alerts through the program.

Pros

Enview was very helpful not only for tracking bills that are moving through the legislature, but also identifying bills as they are introduced.

Cons

With the high volume of bills that are introduced during session, it would be hard keeping track of everything in the software. This was a minor issue though.

Pros

I love the ease of use as well as the feature to tag team members. The software is great for creating tracking by keywords. This allows us to quickly know what is the landscape of legislation is currently being considered so that we can proactively inform legislators on what changes and impacts need to be made to ensure equity.

It’s been great! Really happy with the product, how it allows us to effectively and efficiently carry out our mission and customer service is top notch.

Pros

Ease of use, flexibility of data output, reporting capabilities, user collaboration and price

Cons

It would be nice if teams and tags we create refresh in alphabetical order instead of order we create them, separate area for a standing note that would have a fixed column in the data export sheet.

Enview was really helpful for meaningful bill tracking and data collection. It made it easy to share and distribute bills to my team and the public at large.

Pros

I appreciated how easy it was to track and be notified about bills. I liked the search feature that made it easy to find bills within a certificate topic. Additionally, it was really easy to share the bills with my team or the public.

Cons

I often experienced glitches with the site loading. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a feature (that worked on safari) where when you click on a bill then press the back button it takes you to your original spot on the bill list.

Pros

As a powerful 501c3 working to give every Georgia citizen access to democracy it was important we had a tool that allowed us to share updates with our members and community. Enview by Civic Eagle allows you to add as many users as you’d like which allows us to share the policy with our 100+ member affiliates. No other tool provides this much access with this amount of quality at this reasonable rate.

Cons

I really don't have anything to say about Enview- everything has worked out great for us.

Pros

As an organization advocating for clean energy policy at the state level, there are hundreds of bills we need to stay on top of and respond to throughout every legislative session. Before we started using Enview, we were managing that through spreadsheets and documents. Enview streamlined that process from the moment we started using it. Our Public Affairs team can now easily identify important legislation, assign it to the right policy analyst team for review, and get a conversation started without ever leaving the tool. It’s saved us countless hours and helped us be more strategic and organized.

Cons

The only thing I think would improve the tool would be the ability to have more dialed-in options for notification settings, including adding the ability to tag a specific teammate in the comments section of the bill, so they receive a notification that sends them directly to that location.
