Primeiro venderam o serviço e esqueceram de avisar que precisaríamos de uma parceira credenciada para construir o bot, não pe simples como vendem, depois de longo atraso na implantação eles deram a assessoria. Durante o uso, omitem ocorrências, relatam disponibilidade com serviço fora, suporte péssimo. Migraram nosso contrato e dobraram o valor para a mesma média de conversas, no final, não conseguimos portar o número para novo parceiro dentro dos 30 dias de notificação para rescisão, deixamos clientes sem atender.

Pros

Interface do builder é interessante, os recursos de bot são bons.

Cons

Atendimento, ele é ruim em todas as etapas que você vai passar na empresa.

I use the standard account to study and learn.

Pros

The human service functionality, Blip Desk, is very simple and intuitive to use. Integration with native channels, AI providers and analytics tools is also simple and efficient. Many features can be built with little or no code, so it makes it easy for beginners or people with programming difficulties.

Cons

I believe that, in general, it is a good platform.
