Pros

Usamos o produto como meio de softphone em comunicação com os clientes proporcionando fácil acesso e uso de recursos com a interface interna dos usuários.

Cons

Possui algumas limitações por perfil que não temos em recurso disponibilizado pela a plataforma. Proporcionamos como sugestão ao canal do fornecedor.

Gosto bastante do aplicativo e suia funcionalidade vinculada ao serviço, hoje atende as nossas expectativas no dia a dia, existem pontos que precisam ser melhorados, como o que descrevi acima, mas de forma geral é excelente e fácil de usar.

Pros

Site muito fácil de utilizar, com opções bem intuitivas. Forma de consulta de informações e retorno dessa consulta são bem definidos e ajudam na tratativa de problemas internos da nossa empresa.

Cons

Para alguns casos de retorno de envio de SMS, temos um problema no envio, mas no site não mostra o motivo deste, isso acaba levando a uma abertura de chamado para o atendimento do Zenvia, acaba demorando um pouco no retorno.

Nós necessitamos realizar uma gestão de um grande volume de informações mensais para os assinantes e a plataforma Zenvia funciona muito bem para envio das informações individuais e para um grupo selecionado conforme o objetivo da interação.

Obtive uma dificuldade com o suporte técnico para uma demanda específica e gerou um gasto de tempo na solução um pouco além do previsto.

Antes do Zenvia não tínhamos visão do negocio, não tínhamos métricas, não acompanhávamos a rotina e nem a comunicação de nossos vendedores, agora temos controle total de todos os dados, o que é essencial para realizamos a reestruturação do setor e, com o ganho de produtividade e tempo trazido pelas ferramentas da Zenvia, conseguimos escalar nosso negócio.

Pros

Fácil integração com outras ferramentas, muita liberdade para personalização do software para se encaixar nas necessidades da empresa é de uso fácil e intuitivo para os usuários, além claro, de ter um dos melhores custo-benefício do mercado.

Cons

Como ponto que menos gosto eu iria sugerir uma melhoria na visualização dos relatórios gerados na plataforma, eles atendem bem, mas se eu tivesse que escolher um ponto a ser melhorado na ferramenta seria este.

Geralmente gosto muito, não penso em utilizar outro, mas algumas ligações estão requerendo mais atenção, custos estranhos.

Pros

É muito fácil de usar, e inserir créditos e até mesmo nas coisas mais complexas temos o suporte.

Cons

Não gosto de ter que utilizar um programa para conectar e utilizar os serviços, acredito que a zenvia teria como lançar um, app próprio com mais funcionalidades e estabilidade, quando houvesse algum problema gerasse automaticamente uma troca de log, tais como "instabilidade na internet", instabilidade do servidor, picotamento da ligação etc. garantindo ainda mais satisfação na utilização.
