Pros

  • I loved it when I used it. The interface is very attractive and simple than other similar products in the morning, and also value for money.

  • Keyword Intelligence is a very useful feature and is a great help while coming up with ASO strategies.

  • I love the ease of researching keywords in different locales. It's easy to see competitor keywords and research their weight.

Cons

  • I have no negative feedback to share about my experience with Mobile Action.

  • Every first-time user from our company was asking basic questions about the use of this product. After a while, once we got used to the interface, we got over this problem.

  • Sometimes the UI for choosing your app vs competitors is a bit messy.

"The Indispensable Insight Source of the App Growth Journey"

Overall: At first, I can say that it is a product from which I can get great insights about organic growth parameters. Keyword optimization, we tracked all of the overall changes to ASO based on data from Mobileaction. In this sense, I can say that our organic growth data has reached a good level with Mobileaction. In addition, before creating ad campaigns, we can discover popular commercials and plan according to competitor strategies by using the name intelligence provided by MobileAction. Overall I am happy to be able to manage the growth of our app using MobileAction

Pros: The insights it provides on organic growth are really good. I knew that Mobileaction was the pioneer of the ASO concept. I understood this better. Because I didn't know before getting such effective results with keyword optimization and searchads. I can say that mobileaction is the best for your organic growth and keyword-oriented advertising strategies.

Cons: I think Mobileaction needs a simpler and easier to use interface. Every first-time user from our company was asking basic questions about the use of this product. After a while, once we got used to the interface, we got over this problem. But it would be very good to improve.

Reasons for Choosing MobileAction: We evaluated the comments that organic growth insights were more qualified and decided that it was a price/performance product.
Switched From: Sensor Tower
Reasons for Switching to MobileAction: Sensortower comes at a very high price in terms of budget. This made us tired. In addition, I can say that we did not get the results we expected in organic growth parameters (such as keyword). However, SensorTower's name intelligence was pretty good.

"One of the best ASO tools for indie developers"

Pros: - Intuitive interface- Accurate keywords rankings, search score, popularity score- Lots of free features- Detailed ASO reports on emails- Apple Search Ads analytics

Cons: Free plan may be not enough for users with several apps due to limit in keywords, but I highly recommend to switch to the Enterprise plan in that case.

"Restricted access to purchased features"

Pros: I used the Lifetime tariff in MobileAction. I also recommended this service to my friends. It was a perfect solution for non-professional ASO users. However...

Cons: However, one day they decided to limit the features I had access to when I purchased Lifetime access. Moreover, at the moment even the free plan has more features. Everything you need to know about the company's policy towards its users. They didn't send any message about these changes. Nothing. Just restricted access to purchased features.

Switched From: ASOMobile
Reasons for Switching to MobileAction: I used many products: ASOMobile, ASODesk (have bugs now with positions), ASOOne, KeyApp and etc. And I can say that each of them (except ASODesk now) is better than MobileAction.

Pros: As someone who works in mobile app marketing, I have found Mobile Action to be an essential tool for app store optimization. The app's features are incredibly useful for tracking and analyzing our clients' apps' performance in the app store and making data-driven decisions to improve our visibility and downloads.One of the features that I appreciate the most is Mobile Action's Keyword Tracker. This feature allows us to track the rankings of our app's keywords in real-time and adjust our optimization efforts accordingly. It has helped us to identify new keyword opportunities and optimize our app's metadata for better search visibility.Mobile Action's Competitor Intelligence feature is another standout. It provides valuable insights into our competitors' app strategies, including their keywords, downloads, and ratings. This information has helped us to benchmark our app's performance against our competitors and identify areas where we can improve.

"ShyftUp's go-to ASO Intelligence tool for the past 5 years"

Pros: I'm the Founder at ShyftUp and we specialize in App Store Optimization. We've been using Mobile Action as our primary ASO Intelligence tool for the past 5 years with complete satisfaction. Mobile Action's keyword research capabilities (not only in the US but globally) are unmatched. Also, the team at Mobile Action is extremely attentive and responsive to our feature requests. They do their best to accommodate when we have a special need in the product. Finally, what I love most about Mobile Action is how comprehensive it is. As App Store Optimization and Apple Search Ads are so complementary to each other, their capabilities in Apple Search Ads intelligence comes in very handy when trying to understand a competitor's strategy in terms of approaching ASO and Apple Search Ads.

Cons: The only thing that can be improved is the login process. After a few hours, it automatically logs me out (probably for security purposes) and I have to log back in. Other than that, it's a pleasure to use Mobile Action!
