I highly recommend Zefort due to it's user friendliness and reliability!

Pros

After working with several document management systems, I was surprised how easily things could have been done! Zefort is very user friendly and intuitive, and the search engine does pretty much all of the work for you. You can review the key details/metadata of any uploaded document quickly, and finding the documents afterwards is as easy as uploading them. Also, I have found the software to be very reliable, I haven't seen any bugs in it.

So far, I have liked all of the features.
