Pros Ease of setting reminders for events, exams and meetings. I am in charge of scheduling events to be held at the Commission and this software helps in reminders greatly so that rooms can be prepared in time priot to use. This information is automatically shared with others whose input is needed. Setting site assessments with contractors is also a breeze. Cons I cannot recall if there is a feature that enables emails to be recalled. Of this is the case then this is the only issue I have. If it is there this desired feature is not easily visbile.
