It helped us with a lot of things in our office but the time consuming report builder and entering of client data eventually convinced us to go a different direction.

Pros

We liked the use of smart office and the integration with our outlook calendars and emails.

Cons

The way that is makes you type in each section and then save. It seems like it takes a while to create a new record because of all of the fields that are separate and have to be entered separately.
