I no longer use Amelia and I won't renew the yearly license this summer. **Pros:** It's still a great way to book appointment within wordpress. It integrates with my website ui and does the job. **Cons:** In the last year I had some major bugs- especiialy with the automated reminders. Some of the clients reported bugs while trying book new appointments and lots of time I had to manually doing client bookings. I can say that the support team really tried to be helpful, but unfortunately I decided to move to another solution. Over time, it has matured into a very stable plugin, even with regular updates. The interface is clean, modern, and easy to use for both clients and admins. Now that I’ve upgraded to the Elite license, I’m planning to build a full automated workflow using Amelia's REST API to streamline my back-office and CRM tasks. This will allow me to go even further in customizing and integrating the booking experience into my website. Amelia has grown with my business, and I’m excited for what’s next. **Pros:** As a solo photographer running a portrait studio, I love how Amelia simplifies my entire booking workflow. It offers a clean, customizable interface for clients, automated reminders, and full calendar management – all within WordPress. I no longer have to juggle phone calls and sticky notes. It truly feels like having a virtual assistant that works 24/7. **Cons:** n some cases, it's frustrating not to be able to book the same timeslot for multiple services in one go.
