I have not encountered any serious problems so far. I encountered some fatal bugs in the last update but the ameliawp team helped me to fix all bugs within 3 days. I look like I will continue to use it for many years. Pros it exceeds my requests and makes my website look very professional. Cons I cannot integrate the software of the payment gateway company that I have used in Turkey. Reason for choosing Amelia front-end looked very good and more back-end features were available. Easily intergrated with our Google Calendars, sending reminders to us and the appointee. Some of our clients do the same. Pros Amelia has a beautifully intuitve user interface, both front- and back-end. As a web designer that goes a long way; our clients don't need much support in using the plugin. Cons In the early stages we were forced to remove fields manually through CSS. This has improved with newer releases, to the point that it's basically plug and play. Cons Sometimes there are issues i'm not aware of how to fix - more of a me problem as opposed to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], the team are helpful when i don't know how to fix something! Pros I like this software for its ease of use, interface that is easy to use and understand, even by the end user, who is, in my case, the one who will use the product the most, in my case, I had a problem with the installation, no it worked on the server, i reported the bug, and the support team solved the problem for me, which was not from the plugin, but from the server configuration, anyway, the support team found the problem and gave me the solution, excellent willingness and very professional. The plugin works really well, I only use a few features but it is a great plugin for many uses imo. Pros I really like the customer support, ease of setup. Bon rapport qualité /prix Cons Difficile au début de comprendre la logique des horaires entre heure d'ouverture et heures des employés mais quand tout ceci est clair. Le paramètre se fait facilement.
