April 9, 2021 4.0 Great tool for the money, has not really glitched or received many customer complaints, would be better with a few more simple tweaks and updated designs. Pros I definitely like the ease of use the most and also the auto reply emails that notify both myself and my clients when bookings have been confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled all together. It is very punctual and a very professional look. Cons I wish there was more customizability regarding scheduling groups. If there was a way to mandate a minimum group size and keep all orders as pending until that size is met, that would be helpful. Because right now if the minimum group size (and mostly all of my work is group work) is 4 people, the first person who signs up must sign up and pay for four people, and obviously, that isn't always (hardly ever is) practical. Configuration is very intuitive. Cons It leaked a capability to get deposit when booking but they added it recently! More customisation would be nice however these existing forms are realy nice and error-proof. Cons The Calendar Sync took us a while to work and some special logic cannot be done yet, for example that notifications content depend on the service that was booked ... In addition the support is very fast and helpful! Really 100% recommended! Pros Practically every feature is included that needed for a wellness/beauty/massage salon at really good price. Others are way more expensive or basic functions are missing from them. Cons There are some missing function and customization it's a little bit restriced. But this is really not a huge mistake, support is always help to solve those cases.
